Supplies:
1. 2 sets of gloves
2. Chux
3. 2 large towels ( 1st towel under head and the 2nd towel under arm)
4. 4 washcloths (rinse eyes and face, dry eyes and face, soap arm and rinse arm)
5. Basin
6. Soap
7. Gown
Critical Element Steps
Beginning with eyes, washes eyes with wet washcloth (no soap), using a
different area of the washcloth for each stroke, washing inner aspect to
outer aspect then proceeds to wash face
