if the guitar stays the same, I change the shirt for the different parts... that way you know it's a different guitar part with a different function. If I change the guitars as well, I sometimes have the same shirt. It's about clearly visualizing what's going on..., something that I am addressing in this video.... as you well know!
27:44 that’s what it’s for!! Yeah adding linger the stank finger!!! 13:39 DJ Knob twister. Very cool (moon) unit. 29:53 return of Dr. Oscillator With its 79 moons Jupiter has lots of lunar references.
Golden banana stickers ala dethklok? Or just scratch and sniff boots? What stickers? Only ones we have in stock are warranty void if this seal is broken ???
Just ordered this pedal and was confused for a bit but glad to have finally found an example of the fx loop in action. That is a very cool feature in my opinion and it makes a bit more sense than the expression pedal thing.
I just got mine and it is simply fun. I watch this video because there is literally no info how to get started, nothing of note in the box, not even with the bits they give you on the website. Anyway, I like it. And now I know it is not stereo but the second ins and outs are a loop. That's a start. Whats also killer is the Tesla Wolf pedal from JPTR. That one into a plexi on low gain is wonderful.
Great demo as always, also great idea on timing marking for remembering some musical time settings, rather than markings on the graphics you could create a range of clear overlays with different markings on for many more positions on to swop around for instant recall, just an idea.
I immediately had an anxiety attack when I saw 8 dials without any markings. As soon as you mentioned dual delay and bought out the sharpie my heart rate slowed down. I love analog delays for days!
@@kimchristiansen2397 Hi. I tried the Strymon Timeline, Eventide TimeFactor, etc...... but my ears can hear the difference and they interact with my sparse pedalboard in a way I don't care for. My set up on my main board is very simple. Melancon Pro Artist > Turbo Tuner St-300 > EQD The Depths > Chase Tone Fuzz Fella > Maxon AD999 > Chase Tone Secret Preamp > Top Hat Super Deluxe Mk II. This particular pedal peaked my interest.
you probably dont care at all but does anybody know of a way to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I would love any help you can give me
The Edge: instead of digital, analog! This is an amazing delay pedal, it gets my HIGHEST recommendation! What are you doing reading my comments? GO BUY IT NOW!
Once had a vocal destroyer from JPTR fx, where the fx loop was soldered wrong, took ages chasing him via email to get it repaired, so no JPTR fx for me ever again.
Good review as always , but its a shame the ramp knob went unheard when it was begging for a power chord. It seems like that would be perfect for a song's Big Finish.
So two things, each knob is marked with a phase of the moon. (3/4, 1/4, New Moon.) Also, Phil McKnight shows how to use Dry Erase Marker to remove Sharpie. At 30:00 you were making Forbidden Planet sound FX of the Krell power generators.
This is not an analog delay, Unless the has pedal changed. My Fernweh has 2 PT2399 digital delay chips, just like (for example) the mad professor deep blue delay. The PT2399 is great for sounding analog though. It is a fun pedal anyway.
Me: opening up the pedal because i consider myself an pedalgeek The Pedal PCB: "looking at this PCB does not make you a pedalgeek" Me: closes up pedal with sad face, start strumming the guitar
I love some of the delays with PT2399 chips. The Kilobyte and Electroman MKII, being on my board now. If it’s used correctly, they can get BBD and some Tape delay sounds, as well as lo-fi and ambient.
Whoever made the design of that pedal is probably in therapy right now once they saw your designer labeling ;) (But yes, it's not a great idea to not have any labels at all, at least temporary/removable ones, in the first place. And no, I don't think the Moon symbols are enough.)
Playing in a band since 1987 (ok we were bad) But we hated the analog delay thing. It was for the newcomers that did not have money for a Boss digital delay.
Had two of them, both had massive technical problems and sounded crap btw. The look is cool, sound is useless, i like lo-fi but there is a difference between lo-fi and sh*t.
Every shot is a different outfit???
I like that you dimmed the lights for me ❤️

Mine just arrived today! Can’t wait to play with it! Cool video..

I use sharpies constantly. You can remove the work by drawing right back over and wiping immediately.

Great review. What is the song at 'a but of a track' in the beginning. I must have it. Please is there a link? Thanks

Just go with a digital delay with filters. it is better

@Muhammad Andrew instablaster ;)
One of the first Pedals I bought, loved the look and the features, but I couldn't cope with the noise of the repeats. Really wanted to love this one.
Ideal for a Marvin Ripple! Clearly Chris is a huge fan of The Shadows.
Put my name on that pedal!
My god, thank you for this!
Sharpie marker can be removed from most surfaces with denatured alcohol.
Everybody needs a bit of alternative time in their lives.

nope, they are not moon phases... of you look closely (they are small), it’s a half filled circle, a moon and a circle with arrows
@@EytschPi42 Oh, OK. Naked eye trumps UA-cam for sure. Moon phases would have been cool. Of course if they had been you'd have known. Silly me.
Very cool pedal. But please tell us more about that guitar! I never heard of that brand. But as far as I can see, that model isn't on their website.
video coming

That is correct. It's an 'analog style' delay, but digital in its make-up, stil utilising PT2399s.

Hey Henning, something else, you’re a frequent user of the ox box and torpedo capture x, but what about the JHS little black amp box?!
never heard of it
@@EytschPi42 something you put in the effects loop of an amp, that reacts like an attenuator... ideal for tube amps at home I’d think 🤔

Is it analog(ue) now? I have a PT2399 version.
Can you run them separately? Can you jump from one to the other?
The guy singing at the beginning reminds me of Dagga from autopulver..
Great song tho!
if you turn the "mix" off the pedal now says WTF and i could not describe it better
Nice sound but the size. Almost the same size as the HX-STOMP
It's made for people with feet
And thats a bad thing?
How?
@@ickebins6948 no is a good pedal that's all. 🙏🏾

The classic albums we all love from 1982 and out is done with digital EFX ;)
No tap tempo?
Sorry but I have to ask. What is the track's name ?
Has Ryan @60cyclehum tried this yet?

Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Saxon
Oh my
Has anyone told you that you look like dr. Evil?
So who needs a guitar, Just play it like a synthesizer
But I don't know how to use those buttons
Yaaay.. the one thing we hated in the 80's and the early 90's
Now we get two of them in one pedal LOL
Guess who is not going to buy?
and now analog delay is suddenly "in" again? :D
