All very true! I also recommend sleeping in a very dark room, making sure the light doesn't come through and the temperature of the room shouldn't be too high. The colder it is the better I sleep! Another thing I do when I see that even if I go to bed early, I can't sleep because I'm over thinking, is get up and go write all my thoughts/ worries on a journal, then go back to sleep. Works every time! 😃
I decided to shift my laundry habits after evening shifts so I can get to bed sooner when I have a morning shift the next day. As I have a backup uniform already clean, it means fewer loads of laundry AND better odds of getting those 7-8 hours.

What i have learned from this video 1. Poor sleep lead to heart disease 2. Meditate before sleep 3.get more regularly exercise in a day 4. Use essential oils to help you with relaxation 5. I should stop playing football games in the night before going to bed 6. Stop sending my phone to bed or sleep with my phone. I should off it. 7. If i don't sleep well i will not be productive
Nice video. Thank you for sharing the tips. Sleep is important for strong immune system, overall health and it clears the debris form and around the brain that's accumulated through the day. I also, go with qi gong practice and binaural beats meditations before sleep. Works great for me. Cup of chamomile tea before bed time can be very beneficial, too.

Hi Jack, this is a great topic for well-being..Glad to see you talk through. My cat is an expert on sleep..I often watch her as she finds a cosy place and totally relaxes and sleeps ..so that relaxes me .cos it rubs off.😅.. I recently started to use essential oil again..I have a special affinity to teatree oil scent..as years ago at 27. .I had depression and I remember every evening taking a hot shower and the smell was so comforting to me. I never forget it. To me sleep hygiene is helpful..when you shower wear clean loose breathable material ..have clean bedding..etc..and a neat surrounding. . A purring cat can cure sleep issues..😊..Thank you Jack ..love your stories and input. Lia x
I sleep 7-8 consistently. I do exercise and plus meditation in the morning before I start my work and that is why I have a snoozy sleep during the night. Plus eating healthy foods more fruits and vegetables and less meats. Just limit my social media during the night....just simple tips to help get enough sleep that will keep our body into optimum function. I am a Cancer survivor for 4 years now and I've done everything to get back my health. Believe me or not I'm more than happy and healthy than ever.

I do go to bed early , but somehow I don’t get sleep. It’s all stress ,negativity that’s effecting a lot.
Please do some exercise during the day. You can do yoga or meditation before bedtime too😉
