    I love the video. I started doing yoga enemas before doing my yoga asanas when I was 13 in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, illnesses, pain and weight loss.

    Hi Nora, at what age did you start practicing Yoga? How many years, hours a day, before you could do all the hand stand, everything, the stomach rolling, (nauli) its really cool, we tried it at home, me and my son, we had fun. ☺️ My mind floats at different dirrections all the time, do you think yoga would be good for me?

      Hello Maria, thanks for being here with me on my UA-cam channel!
      Answering your questions, I started off, going to classes once a day, then I was going to 2 classes a day, and practicing a bit on my own at home. I just love (ed) how yoga made me feel emotionally and physically. I have been practicing for almost 30 years now. Definitely part of my everyday routine, along with meditation.
      Yoga is very good for you, especially if you want to improve your focus and discipline.
