The Mavs went 11-71 in the 1992-93 season actually, this game was during the 1991-92 season where they went 22-60. It was the last year that Rolando Blackman played for Dallas too.

My Dad and I are Warriors fans and I lived in the Bay Area for 23 years (I was born on March 25th, 1992). Now today, My dad and I are Warriors fans living in Lewisville, TX (the suburbs of Dallas).

That Harper three inside the halfcourt stripe was after the clock expired.

Fat Lever? Terry Davis? Who would've thought that Dallas Mavericks, who would win the NBA title this year, would be known as the "Mav-Wrecks" during the 1990s?

They actually went 11-71, but had a point differential of minus fifteen, which is worse than last season's Bobcats. At one point they were 4-58, which would correspond to 6-76 over a full season.
It is fascinating to consider whether the fact that the long program in the NBA makes a winless season virtually impossible (unlike gridiron and AFL football) is important to its popularity. If the NBA season were as long as the AFL or NFL, winless seasons would occur yearly with the small talent pool.
