Yes sure you have to mention everything you have do but don't think that's it's enough because the most important thing is the grade and Korean language

In my case my gpa is kinda low but other than high school qualifications I have diploma in Psychology and diploma in professional human resource management and I have done TOPIK exams upto level 4 and I have IELTS band 8. But I don’t have extra curricular activities. Do you think that I have a chance to apply GKS. I’m kinda insecure because of my GPA😖

I think is almost impossible but if you really want to learn it you will need at least to have 98% in your grades of all the courses and be fluent in Korean at least TOPIK level 5

Yes you can add them with all other awards that you got because it shows that even though you are a good student you are active and participate in other fields as well
