Fantastic video and super helpful tips, Brigitte. You've inspired me to pick back up my copy of Flow in the Kitchen and get creative. Yay, soup season!! 🙌
I love this video. I have been doing this for the past couple of years. I love to cook; I know who made it(with LOVE); what went into the dish & what those ingredients are going to do for my body; right down to the cellular level. You made this very easy for other folks to begin their own whole food plant based diet. Thank you!
Always enjoy your practical advice for healthy WFPB cooking, and this Power Moves video was the reminder I needed right now to get me back on track. On another note, I am currently looking to replace my espresso/ coffee machine and I noticed you had an appliance with coffee beans sitting at the top. If you don't mind sharing, is that a coffee bean grinder or an actual coffee machine? I have limited counter space and would like to start using healthy coffee beans and get rid of my machine that uses pods. Thank you for all you do!
Thanks so much for the kind words, glad it was helpful right now for you. Regarding the coffee appliances, they are my husband's toys now, as I no longer drink coffee - but I used to be very passionate about it! The small one is a coffee grinder, and the bigger one is the Rocket Espresso machine. I don't recommend the latter unless you are an espresso maniac. Having a good burr grinder (as opposed to something with blades) and fresh beans both make a difference though even in an entry-level espresso machine or in a pour-over or French press kind of system. Pour-over is simple and eco-friendly.
Thank you for the info! I would like to enjoy an occasional water processed Decaf espresso. I don't trust what is in those pods, even the higher end ones. Thanks again! Appreciate you!
Straightforward, practical, and logical -- your message makes a lot of sense.

Always inspirational to listen and watch you! Thanks! I love your "Flow in the Kitchen" book.
Thank you Dana! 🙏Always a pleasure to have you around. Keep on cooking!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - you caught me in a moment of overwhelm and brought me back to the basics. Thank you!

Hi!How can we keep in touch with you to have a collaboration?😊
Thanks for dropping by - I do not do collaboration with brands. Wishing you the best!
These are not power moves but cooking basics. I just use beans lentils nuts and tofu for vegetarian food instead of meat
