Was going to get the GR corolla now im thinking of getting an EVO X. i want to find one Stock though only want to put a catback /bov and enjoy the car stock
Hey boss, awesome videos! I am looking to get one recently, still struggling on getting a 89 or 10. I am going to daily it and also be a weekend fun car. Looking to get around 350-400 whp as well. What is your recommendations? still the 10s? Thanks!!
@@Gilligan.Garage agree but even the Evo X is pretty shit for a daily. With the battery and reservoir at the back, you get fk all boot space. Go STI, heaps bigger boot space and you got 6 gears.
What's your definition of a raw drivers car? Ive had a v and viii, and currently building an x. Not unless your looking to go for 800+ hp go for the iron block but even still, sleeve the 4b and the engine is just as capable.
@@PauL-nw6vj I don’t mean in terms of reliability or power, both cars can make substantial amounts of power and be reliable if built correctly with the right hardware and parts. What I’m talking about is in terms of feel when driving the car. In my opinion the 8s and 9s just feel more raw and visceral like a true back in the day race car. The 10s are more modernized with computer aids especially in the auto trans version. If you have a 8 or 9 which majority of them coming manual and you’ve deleted things like ACD and gone with a non ACD built T-Case and re-stacked clutch plates in the rear diff with solid diff mounts the car really feels like all the work is done by the driver and driver input only. It’s just feels so much more RAW of a driving experience when pushing the car but again in my opinion.
@@brandonroopnarine898 yeah I hear ya, IMO it was a decent step up from the 9 to 10, except the auto Evo, sst. That belongs in the bin. How you feel about petrol cars getting phased out for electrical/ hydro motors? Raw drivers car will be long gone bro.
Nice Evo X, I bought a 2014 MR 6speed SST, basic tune and Boltons, tuned to a conservative 330WHP for smooth sailing 👌😎
Gorgeous Evo x right there ! These cars will age like fine wine 🍷

What year is your evo x? And what year do you think is the best for an x
It is a 2013, I believe later year 2011 and up have the revised timing chains on them so i would look out for one of them
Review size rim bro
It had stock wheels on it, 18 inch. They are great on the car, a lot of 8/9 owners put x stock wheels on their cars
Yea no the EVO 9 is the best hands down more of a raw drivers car
