Well I don't know about every song because the strumming pattern is based on the time signature, so for example there may be a strumming pattern that works for all songs in 4/4 time, but that might not necessarily work for a song in 3/4 or 6/8 time, if anyone else can answer this question better, please do
@Daniela Rossi yes, you have a couple of options actually. The simplest would be a straightforward downstrum, i.e. down, down, down, down (four down strums per measure since the song is in 4/4). That's the foundational strumming pattern Brian uses in this video. Once you get comfortable with that basic pattern, you can spice it up with some up strums as well, i.e. down up down up down up down up.
