    Happy Lunar New Year~ Im back with another food video & today Im sharing some of the things I like to eat naturally help with stress and mental health.       The way I actually film my videos is throughout the week since I work full time and edit throughout the week 😅 I edit it to kinda make more sense or else it’s be like dinner, breakfast, lunch, and a mid day snack HAHA youre the first person that’s ever noticed so far 😎
