I go MS64 or better for common dates. For less common dates (1888-s, 1899-p) MS 62 is acceptable.

if there at a good price it makes sense to grab them. later on in life it is possibly to see the common stuff in these grades rise up in price a bit.

I bought a 1889 PCGS MS62 Morgan back in Aug , 2022 for $70 and I have seen it up to $90 in the past 2 years and it's sitting at $85 right now.

No. Buy something else. Unless you are getting a coin that is low mintage why bother? Get a 1908 China Chihli Dragon 1 Dollar "Guangxu" it will hold its value much better.
