The agency was hoping to keep Kalafina going without Kajiura, but that was dead on arrival and Kalafina officially broke up a few months later. Keiko is still part of Kajiura's FictionJunction project, and Hikaru has performed with them occasionally since Kalafina split. Kajiura doesn't seem to work with Wakana anymore; Joelle replaced her in FictionJunction.
