    Absolutely love your list. Did you ever consider boarding the Equation and just bringing it in on the draw?

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +6

      Thanks for your comment! I personally like to always have access to equation, especially going second, since the extra body in a cyberse-based deck provides a lot of power with splash mage (either for heatsoul or accesscode).

    I play final sigma on the first place because i don't have accesscode, but i still wanna try the deck. In fact final sigma is not something you can sit on as a tower, but going 2nd the win con is: you go for final sigma only if it can kill the opponent (1 monster with 2000 or less attack, or 2 monster with les than 8000 attack combined is enougth), if nabla/alembert gets negated you can a lot of the time try to go for game again with transcode/update (and accesscode if you have more money than i have). You can also with foolish or circular send from deck to grave multiplication, so transcode or access get double attack, corner case but really fun.

      If you don't have accesscode, you can definitely try final sigma. Id also recommend a cyberse link 4, something like topologic bomber dragon or topologic zeroboros then

    in my extra i got dweller since tear is your worst mathcup so you kinda want an auto win button going first but i think bagooska would be better since it also stops spright
    also, i play baleynx to chainblock wickid from ash as that is a big chokepoint of the deck imo and also it provides another attribute for accesscode since its fire

    • @tcgsam

      You're always cyberse locked whenever you put 2 monsters on board, except circular + normal summon which Im not sure is worth it but I like the ideas!

    vs tear you can search skull meister with alembertian (summoned via superfactorial) because laplacian is not that good.

    • @tcgsam

      Yeah, this was a play I discovered later on and is quite good

  • @dudesk099

    People have also been cutting add and sub to 2 now to go with 2 sigma but you're not playing the small world package so I guess it's fine
    Also I feel like disciple + devotee is way too good to cut. It's a play you can almost always make t1 if you need to

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah I think with small world you should def cut those down, and I agree with disciple devotee. Just seen some people not playing it and wanted to bring it up

    I think about ghost ogre in side against Spright because it actually negate Gigantic by destroying it before it can detach for effect, and in mathmech it seems important because the restriction on summon from gigantic would negate superfactorial. I your side i would cut nib for that, or maybe dark ruler because it stops us from otk but dark ruler seems too strong to cut

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому

      I think dark ruler is necessary unfourtanately, some builds make boards that are just too strong to push through. I would definitely consider siding ogre though

    With Circular being a one card Final Sigma (send Sigma -> ss Sigma -> search Equation -> make Alembertian -> search Multiplication -> NS Mult -> Equation gets back Sigma or Circular -> Mult eff -> Synchro final Sigma), would you consider playing multiplication + final sigma over something else ?
    Or has the deck changed from being a blind second one shot deck to being more control-ish ?

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +1

      I don't love that package since it requires you to play nabla + multiplication (and multiplication is a brick), since circular already offers a 1 card otk with accesscode talker (with up to 4 pops and 5300 attacking twice). Since making sigma to otk (where you don't open nabla) requires playing into handtraps as well, I would just prefer to play the update + accesscode otk only at that point

  • @Allojubrious
    @Allojubrious Рік тому +1

    Final Sigma is never made with just 3000 atk you're supposed to make him with Nabla+Multiplication which makes it a 6000atk that can attack twice that also does double dmg (if its in the EMZ of course). If you're making final sigma with 3k atk you did something wrong.

    What would you recommend as searchable spells and traps to use with alembertian?

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +1

      High impact floodgates like anti spell or summon limit

    what do you think of playing salads in this deck since you lost to salad at the tcgsam championship series?

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +4

      I'll play salads only if I can get 2 byes in a 4 round tournament :)

    nice list, why cosmic cyclone over twin twister?

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому

      A few reasons - you only have sigma as a "good discard", and need all the cards you can when going second to push through boards. Also, it can hit scythe, plays around lord of the heavenly prison, and banishes reasources from eldlich/sky striker

    Hey I like the deck. I've been largely unimpressed with the ip board, and have been just ending on heatsoul in my deck. I like the magma though. Never thought about it.

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +1

      You can definitely go for the heatsoul route, you'd just need to cram in more handtraps that can be good when drawn

    how well the small package 2 circular 1 subtraction 1 sigma 1 equation can work with ignister deck ?

    • @danielcolt5542
      @danielcolt5542 2 роки тому

      idk about the specific package but a an ignister with mathmec stuff destroyed me in a case tourney (I was using Tearlaments)

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +3

      I personally dont like playing the @ignister stuff with mathmech because of its overreliance on the field spell/having a clear main monster zone. I do like how it has so many 1 card starters, but the biggest issue I have is that the @ignisters kind of hold it back from being able to play through boards super well

    Parallel exceed is ass. If it gets hand trapped youre shit out of luck and it’s no longer a lvl 4. Hate it.

    • @tcgsam
      @tcgsam  2 роки тому +10

      You can still go into heatsoul w/splash mage, and people rarely handtrap parallel exceed, makes more sense to hit alembertian/circular

    • @Statistic189
      @Statistic189 2 роки тому

      @@tcgsam heatsoul is also bad. It’s a plan C option I don’t even use it at all.
