- "My Journey With Sri Balaji Society" an initiative for sharing student experience across PGDM and campus placements in Sri Balaji Society. Here, Ms. Ayushi Shrivastav student of PGDM Batch 2016-18 who is currently placed with Amazon India, shares her journey with us.

please do not join SBS (BIMM/BIMHRD/BIIB/BITM)unless you talk to your
seniors and get actuals
data regarding placemnet , placemnet happens only in BIMM, rest
institutes no matter SBS founder sri bala subramaniam says all 4
colleges are same in placements but reality is very different.if you
belong to systems specialisation you are big looser as their are max 6
comapnies which come for placements for systems specialisation in
whole year and even for internship for systems specialization you wont
find any companies coming for internship and college asks you to
arange intsenship by yourself , which is too too less, for other
specialisation say like marketing,operations,HR you can atleast get
internship or get a ctc of min 4 lacs but if you are from systems
specilisation you need to be extremely lucky as no companies come for
systems (IT )PLEASE BE aware of systems specialisation , unless you
are part of placement coordinatION team and slave to dimple saini
nothing works out. balasubramaniam (college founder) drinks alochol
every day and night and he is terribly sick , he misbehaves ladies and
he had already sexual violation case which is runnnin presently , so
please DO NOT join a college whose founder has sexual harrassment cases on
him,BALA SIR DRINKS EVERY NIGHT AND NOT ONLT THAT WHENEVER HE IS
HEAVILY DRUNK HE WILL ASK GIRLS TO COME TO HIS ROOM AND TALK NON SENSE
, BEING A SUBEDAR HE LACKS MANNERS AND THERE ARE GIRLS WHO FALL IN HIS
TRAP ALSO,Diretcor(IT) biju sir is good person but he can never bring
any
placemnt for IT specialisation as he is not in good rapport with
dimple SAINI WHICH IS biggest setback why IT people suffer in
SBS(SYSTEMS).
SRI BALAJI SOCIETY (SBS) HAS 4 COLLEGES NAMED BIMM,BITM,BIIB,BIMHRD
and SBS IS A good choice only if you are fresher not experienced,
faculty really too good , lot of classes no holidays lot of parties
like hell , u can enjoy college wala pyar , only issue many companies
do come but most of them come for BIMM majorly and avr salary being
3-5 lacs , many get recruited as well at end of year but companies who
pay atleast 8 lac or above select max 2 candidates and those number of
companies dont exceed more than 10, so max 30 to at moest 50 students
get more than 8 lacs , even the worst part being people who work for
dimple saini for placemnet get promoted and get placed very very soon
even though thye are nit smart in studies work exp people should think
twice before joining and check the statistics and talk and meet with
previous senior to know their outcome , no doubt work ex get good
salary but very few max in range of 10 lacs ,you can opt for this
college when you dont think you have the ability to crack
ximb,xime,liba,gim..I dont say its too good neither its too bad but
its just ok , maybe most of my friends even though they had work ex
they had to struggle for 3 years to get better high salary so if you
are fine to get any job for any ctc then its best to join in BIMM,
BIIB,BITM ,BIMHRD bala sir says in speech many times that he has asked
many times to ask companies to recruit as much from BIIB,BIMHRD,BITM
as much they recruit from BIMM but it never happens as i had a friend
who was working as placemnet coordinator and she said before
placemnent if you neither from BIMM or not from placemnt coordinator
team you mostly wull get ctc of 4 lac max,
