I bought this same kit from Kodlin for my 2020 Low Rider. It lowered it 1 1/2 inches measured at the rear axle to the fender. With the geometry of the swingarm you only need a little less length on the shock to lower the bike a greater amount. Although I'm not a short guy I like the look of the lowered bike. It is a good bargain compared to the another kit on the market. I didn't notice much change in the ride of the bike either, due to keeping the stock shock and spring and just shortening the attachment points.

Thank you for the review. I think your opinion in the end is correct. Should be a little cheaper over all. However I think if it was adjustable it would be maybe 2-3 times more money. I think it's a big ask. But cool idea!
Definitely a cosmetic improvement. Looks more leveled out in the back. I think a stretched fender would look real nice with the exhaust and bars. That's your best option if the remaining fender gap is annoying you.
Ya those sound pretty bad ass man....love the slim model, reminds me of the old 40s style harleys from the real old days!...if I may make a suggestion, you shld do a cam upgrade man, would sound sick with that exhaust note!
I have the exact handlebars on my 2020 Softail Standard, 2 inch tank risers, and sissy bar, all Dean Speed Customs parts, the guys over there are awesome! The quality and workmanship on their products can't be matched, especially the price. And I also have their rear sliders/footpegs, with all the upgrades from DS, my bike has transformed into the bike I have always dreamed of. The only thing I might do next year is getting a wider tire, maybe. I am so pleased with the looks and feel of the bike. I've had soo many compliments on my bike, had one gentleman tell me best looking bike he had seen all summer, very nice to hear.
Love these pipes and I’ve been looking at putting them on my softail slim but can’t find black heat shields 🛡… also do you have the silencers on them ?
AJ, originally I ran the polished Rampage to match the factory heat shields. After about a year I had my heat shields cerakoted to match the black Rampge. No silencers in mine.

I have a lowering kit in it that drops it as low as 4 inches, but fully adjustable on the fly so you can set whatever height you want. I got the very first prototype unit from Tricky Air, but he's going to have more available soon. Check it out and tell me what you think.
I love the whole aesthetic of this bike, its beautiful. The side profile looks great and all especially with the sissy bar lol. Did you ever ride with a passenger on it when you had the passenger seat on it?
Gotcha, anyways, it is a very beautiful bike. Never owned a bike, but have been wanting the slim for as long as its been out and i would definitely like to model it after yours.
@@arnoldgarcia9499 you should pick one up, especially soon since they discontinued it and u could probably find one with low mileage. I really like how mine turned out and if I had to pick a different color, the only other one I would do is their billiard burgundy.
For sure. The red ones look good too. Imo the vivid black is by far the 1st choice, 2nd would have to be any of the reds 👌🏽 but yea. Definitely trying to get on one.
