They really should’ve kept some of the announcements, especially the “The Next Stop Is” bit. Only the transfer announcements containing the V would be discarded since the V sadly doesn’t run anymore, and the Willets Point-Shea Stadium and 45th Road-Court House Square would have to be replaced

@@MrRailfan Much preferred this version! When it came time for the R188 program the MTA completely screwed up the announcements! The next time I ride the 7 train, I’m putting on headphones and playing her announcements at each station.

I kind of the hate the lady who says, this is a flushing main street bound 7 local train. It goes too fast and deep loud. The original goes slower and more clearly.
