Shit was scary as fuck. Only thing holding you in is a thigh bar and the hills are so steep that each time you crest one it propels you upward like your just gonna fucking fly off.
This is just an awesome, wonderful roller coaster. I could ride it all day. We had Platinum Flash passes that let you skip the line and ride twice in a row. Rode this baby four times that day.

I went on this ride this week, and i cant believe that this huge ride only has one little lap block protecting you? My friends actually had to trick me to get me to go on it.
The lap bar is designed so that it prevents you from falling out of the train, so you’ll be just fine, of course. Not all rides need over-the-shoulder restaurants, you know.
I can name 5 right now better than Goliath in no particular order. 1. Fury 325 (Carowinds) 2. Millenium Force (Cedar Point) 3. Titan (Six Flags over Texas) 4. Kingda Ka (Six Flags Great Adventure) 5. Your girlfriend (my house) Kidding! The real number 5 is Intimidator 305 at King’s Dominion.
First time I rode this it freaked me out when my butt came all the way out of the seat on the first drop and I blacked out half way through... And I went on it again the same day.. Yeah I was stupid it is fun though. Riding it tomorrow!

Goliath has lots of good speed, but no loops or inversions?!? What gives here? LOL ....you can tell i'm an upside down junkie, if it doesn't flip, it's not scary, but I have yet to ride this or Fury 325 at Carowinds...then I might change my mind / say it's not a bore. lol Yet, loops is what makes it more exciting! Those loops are what MAKE the Loch Ness Monster at Busch Gardens!

If go during school year on weekends when it is chilly out, no crowds. After halloween, average wait is about 5 or 10 mins.
