    Had mine for 2 month so far and already put over 3500 miles. Really enjoying everything about it. Except for the factory seat 😂

    Suzuki, thanks for sharing this with us. I've always been a fan of big inline-4 engines liek the one from the GSX1250FA, but with this V2-engine you've got me hooked. Great motorcycle all over - engine, design, concept, performance, reliability, comfort, price.

    According to me, the design is like they combined the Suzuki Katana and the BMW 1200 GS. But it's make the unit more unique

    I hope they finally fixed clutch basket problems..

    Wish they incorporated Suzuki variable valve timing like Ducati did for their 1260 multistrada.

    I have been waiting for this model since its introduction in 2020.
    Why stupid Suzuki Malaysia still not bringing this model into Malaysia?? I am almost fed up of waiting and perhaps I may have to order GSA1250 instead! Its now almost end of October 2021

    So, essentially, it’s the same ‘14 - ‘19 engine? Why didn’t Suzuki employ their simple, and excellent, variable valve system? And the suspension is the same as on the ‘14 model, the same mediocre set-up as five years ago . . . when it was already outdated? Hey, I’m a huge Suzuki and V-Strom fan, but I suppose that’s the reason for my deep disappointment.

    Put this in a cruiser to compete with the new Harley and Honda.

    Why dont you say. The new XT has 247 kg vs. 232 for the old model. New XT model has 14 kg more which makes motorcycle less sporty and with same tourque higher up the new bike is not so strong lower down. As a Vstrom 1000 XT 2019 rider I can only say Iam disappointed by the new model. To heavy and no power increase if you factor in the weight gain.

      It's alll about money & Emissions. The computers add a little weight but its mostly that crazy Euro5 exhaust that adds on the rocks. Swap that out and problem solved. I would bet that the actual performance of the bike is much better from top to bottom. The numbers and dyno charts don't relate to real world performance at all. Go test ride one and I you will probably agree. =]

      The higher weight of the XT is because of centerstand and crashbars as standart.

    I don’t want a 1000…. Big mistake trying to compete with BMW

    • @ziadajam5433
      @ziadajam5433 Рік тому +1

      That makes absolutely no sense. It’s like 30% cheaper then the BMW. If you want bmw level performance then you can pay the extra 10k for almost double the price and not much more
