Thanks great video. Music is unnecessary and interferes with hearing you.

I was just going to make the same comment. Music distracts and detracts from your otherwise good video.

This is like the ninth speed square video I've watched tonight but the first time I've seen the circular saw fence trick mentioned. Good to know

You use the left-handed saw right-handed too! I’ve alwsys found that most comfortable myself.

Turn off the background music! It is beyond me why UA-cam content creators think it necessary playing music over their voice. We came to hear and learn from you, now we must fight the music as well. Many folks have hearing difficulties, some have English language difficulties as well, all too quickly your background music becomes extremely annoying.
Try this, during your next client meeting as either one of you begin speaking turn up music to about the volume of your voice. My bet those in attendance will become annoyed, then demand you turn off the music.

Also, if you can, get the speed square that has the little adjustable fence, or guide on it so you can set it at the angle you want. Finding the seat cut with out the adjustable, locking fence is near impossible, and i know wtf I'm doing and am saying that. Someone will no doubt argue this withm, but im right, and they're not.

    Very informational video thanks.
I like the speed square the other way around when I’m cutting using a square as a guide which I don’t do a lot. Better grip for me when I’m pulling the square towards me and running the skill saw forward feels locked and secured. I’m just saying overall this was very educational and please put up more videos thank you.

ABSOLUTELY agree Andy. It TOTALLY spoils what is actually a good video. We want to concentrate on what is being SAID ... not listen to mind numbing music that is just... well... irritating. AND - I say that as a musician !!!

Twice I paused the video because I thought some annoying music had started playing on another tab, only to find that the music was part of this video. In case you haven't realized yet, please discontinue the music. It's intrusive, annoying, and counter-productive: I can't hear you over it.

The Square has many uses which you don't know. No Pro tips here.
