I have received your official guide as a Christmas present and still having a little read of it from time to time. I would note that there are some lovely places to visit just slightly off the Shropshire Way route that are worth a visit too.
Shropshire is a wonderful county and there are so many lovely places the Shropshire Way doesn't visit. It's a superb introduction to the county though and you could devise circular walks utilising the 'Way' and some of those other places. There are two great 'free publications' you can get from the tourist offices highlighting these circulars. I think they're downloadable too. I will look them up in the next couple of days and add a link.
I did the Cumbria Way mountain route using your guide book. Amazing trip and great book. Just did the Cape Wrath Trail in March. Now looking at the Shropshire Way. Thing is, I will have limited time on my next trip , so could I ask you if you had to choose a section, say for two or three days, which would you recommend? Many thanks.
Thank you .From Thailand.
Truly inspiring.
Thanks.

@@johnlgillham I am thinking of having a few weekend next year rather than the days out i have been doing.
A fine guide - and you've got some lovely shots as well. Hope your book does well!
Thank you.

I would say Stages 2 & 3, Bridges to Club would be a good introduction. All the best, John
