You talked about residence you are currently living " you also said that if student have scholarship, the scholarship providing body will automatically take the rent from the scholarship". Is it possible to study medicine and do part time job like delivery jobs?
as far as I know you can work 20 hours per month if are a non-eu studying in Italy

A lot of students including myself have to work part time with studies, so if your visa permits it yes
