I don’t know of a way to make the connectors toolbar show up in LibreOffice Calc. I was able to create a flowchart (in Draw) then copy and paste it into a Calc document; but I did have to enter the group in order to move around my objects. The connectors did function as expected using this method.
It's there but you have to customize the menu to add it back and get this same dialog. I was able to get it to work on a random line like this, but unfortunately it doesn't look like it works on shapes which is what I need.

I cannot believe they ripped this out of Draw. Lord it's a terrible program nowadays.
