That is tough 😞 the effects of anxiety on sleep are horrible because they just end up exacerbating the symptoms for the following day. My sleep gets affected as well, I usually don't have trouble falling asleep but staying asleep becomes very difficult. I really hope that you can find some calmness through some of these methods and I hope you're having a lovely day! I have recently been reading some great books that I am excited to share in a future video 😄
I just found your channel… I don’t have an anxiety diagnosis but antidepressants have helped me when I was facing depression. Thank you for your tips. Today, was a low day for me, my period is coming and PMS and/or PMDD makes me feel too much… I am glad antidepressants help me with that too! Thanks again for showing this part of yourself! 🙏🏽🫂
