Hi Rachel! Congratulations for your achievements. Regarding the interviews with the talent acquisition team after you went through your Hirevue interview, were there any technical questions or only questions more random non-related to the job which were intendend to see how would you be creative in answering?
My apologies for only seeing this now Filipe! Yes there were a mixture of questions that were related to the job, related to myself and my experience. I would say the questions were well rounded and not heavily based on one segment rather than the other. I don’t think it’s about being creative in your answer as there were no trick questions to see how you could/may potentially answer. I hope this provides insight though
Hi I was just wondering what types of questions they ask during the online video assessment, I am currently preparing to do mine within the next few days. Much appreciated! Thank you x
Hi, congratulations on getting through to the video assessment! The questions do vary from person to person so I wouldn’t be able to provide a clear indication of what they could be. I’d just say be as concise as you can, trying not to waffle so you can get all the points you want across in time. Good luck for the process!x
This does vary depending on the role. Not everyone gets their interview slots straight away. Some internships are more popular and had more applicants, so this can affect the timeframe in hearing back from the team. Wishing you all the best with your application though!
Hi this sounds like a stupid question but did you major in marketing? I’m going into the business program at my uni next year and was planning to major in finance/marketing and I really want to intern for Nike someday.
No not a stupid question at all, I did not major in marketing as much as I loved it! I was on a business program that allowed me to have classes in marketing, finance, operations, econ and more, so you would be in a great position to apply
Just came across your channel while researching Nike interns and it's been super interesting seeing the love and passion you have for the role! ❤❤

How long did it take to get a second interview after you submitted the video interview? I’m currently been waiting a while lol getting nervous

Any tips you have for the interviews with the managers ?
I’d say let your personality shine, be yourself but understand what makes you curious about /love the brand.
Just wondering when you applied for the internship was it for that particular location (Netherlands) or was there a UK office option?
Hi Sinéad! Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. There are internships both in the UK office and the Netherlands
@@racheloderinde thanks
