    English Recipe:
    Ingredients:
•½ kg ghee / clarified butter
    • ½ kg moong daal (grinded)
    • 250 grams of sugar (grinded like powder)
    •125 grams of almond (grinded)
    •125 grams pistachio (grinded)
    Instructions:
    1. We start by heating the clarified butter in a pan.
    2. Once the butter is hot then add ½ kg moong daal (grinded). Mix well and cook on a low flame.
    3. Keep stirring the spoon and wait for the color to change. Stirring continuously to make sure the daal doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
    4. When the color is changed then add 250 grams of sugar (grinded). Mix well and make sure the stove is on low flame.
    5. The sugar will start to melt and turn the mixture watery.
    6. Once the clarified butter comes to the top then add 125 grams almond (grinded) and 125 grams pistachio (grinded) and mix well.
    7. Don’t fry too much.
    8. Now the sweet daal is ready. Off the flame.
Finally, enjoy moong dal halwa garnished with more nuts :)
