I think atsushis brother could actually have an ability, something that seems like its useless but could be really good Ie; Kinetics. Basically, forces applied onto him can be stored and used when he wants, no matter how big/small. Ie, being punched gets stored/transferred to enerty, and moved to be used on healing or smth! Maybe something similar to Beast Beneath the Moonlight too? It would make sense, they ARE related. That's just some thoughts tho :)
