That dude has an archaic opinion on what being successful is. I assume a big part of conservation is outreach and Maya is very appealing to young adults. Shes's cool and unfiltered, but knowledgeable without being patronizing. It is annoying that this could keep her from working w other organizations tho.

At both your skill to direct someone on how to properly make your previously crafted cake, and also Maya's skills on interpreting directions.
