Problem is that the quest 2 version seems to run at 40 fps with ASW.... I GUESS many other games could have graphics like this if they run at such low FPS.
Im new to vr games, the only title i have played so far is hl alyx. And a bit of star wars tfge. And i feel quite dissapinted with ac nexus. Quest 2 looks the same. Sort of bums me out that the Quest platform has been capable of generating these sort of visuals ALL THIS TIME, but developers act like 2014 mobile graphics are their only option. I guess Meta needs more AAA studios.
By all accounts this is the Quest 2 version. The OG Quest release reset the schedule for VR graphics because stand alone is the only way vr will get mass adoption. PSVR2 is brilliant and I love PCVR but mobile gaming is the key and yes, you’re correct. Only now are starting to see mobile games look decent. It’s only up from here IF the developers make enough money
I didnt expecti it to look nowhere near as good as hl alyx as it runs on a quest 2 and not on a gaming pc, but what I think makes this game barely playable for me its the resolution. If feels like im blind, holographic effects look pixelated. Compared to hl alyx and even star wars, this looks like trash. Maybe theres i setting i havnet made or whatever but for now i csnt really enjoy the game
I was excited to play but caught the flu will have to wait till I feel better haha.
I actually feel like I’m coming down with something too 😞 suck the fun out of everything but this game is awesome and will be worth the wait
@@GAMERTAGVR Cheers!
