I am so impressed with all you do. I work in healthcare, 63 years old and have been doing your skincare routines for at least a year. My skin is phenomenal but I also feel I have great genes. Recently told my coworker, a nurse practitioner who is 50 and has a lot of skin damage due to a lot of years in the sun. She was so impressed and excited to see your videos and can't wait to start your routine as well. Thank you for all you do. You are so honest and trustworthy and doing so much for all of us!!
Good morning angie. I am a long time subscriber and you are my favorite you tuber. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate that you don’t have commercials during your “Talks” it is very much appreciated as it seems all other you tubers have so many interruptions. Just one of the things I love about you!
Could never do this without your step by step guidanc. Your work for the over 65 population and your its never too late attitude keeps us going. Thank you for your clairity. YOU ARE AMAZING!
I’ve probably watched this video 5 times to make sure I’m choosing the right products. I love the information you give as I know nothing about anti-aging skin care (I’ve been a foaming cleanser and $40-$60 moisturizer kind of girl)! Being in my early 30’s I’ve noticed my skin has taken a turn for the worst! I’ve gone out and bought a retinoid, 1 AHA, 1 AHA/BHA, two mineral sunscreens, 1 moisturizer and 1 gel cleanser. I’m pretty excited to see the gradual improvements and preventive care for my face, neck and chest. Thank you Angie!
Thank you so much for saving my skin! I've been following your recommendations for about 8 months and I can definitely see the difference in my skin! I'm 56 and looking better than I did at 50!
I'm 54 and started your morning and evening skincare one year ago....my skin has substantially changed it actually is better then its ever been...thank you so much for all you do...game changer.
Hi Angie! I began watching your videos a month or two ago and am a big fan! Thank you for all of the clear, sensible advice! It's such a pleasure to watch you, with your lovely smile and just seemingly very nice personality. You handled your recent events including that BIG move with dignity and aplomb, I must say! Love your new place! Anyway I'm just writing to let you know that I'm 69 years old (but in no way feeble!) and have just begun a skin care routine for the first time in my life. You have inspired me! I am just an aging hippie so have been "natural" all these years. When I retired at 50 I wiped off my makeup, took off my bra and never looked back. LOL BUT now I have been doing my daily skin routine for several weeks, based almost entirely on what I've learned about the "good chemicals" one needs in our skin products from you. I made a few missteps, of course. Now corrected! My skin is really showing results! I still need a new mineral sunscreen because I bought one before watching your recommendations, and my Clinique isn't very effective. And I wasn't using enough. I live at the beach, literally! I'm feeling so much better about myself now that I'm taking better care of myself. It's never too late and one is never too old to start! Next hurdle, what to do with completely white eyebrows. Then ... eek! Makeup! Thank you! A fan Kathy On OBX
Angie, you are my gold standard in skin care. At 57, I have completely adopted your skin care routine and I really see the improvement in my skin over the past year. Thank you for your research and guidance.
Most informative anti aging video ever. Thank you for defining the 3 ingredients we all need for our skin and the many drugstore choices available. Your knowledge on this topic is absolutely amazing! This is info. I would expect that a dermatologist could provide. I appreciate all the brands you've tried and are " true." Thanks so much, Angie for a most informative video!
On adapalene cvs and walgreens make a version , EXACTLY THE SAME AS DIFFERIN... at a much lower price point... in store coupons can be used with these versions... and DR DRAY recommends putting on top of moisturizer... LIFE CHANGING!
I do prefer the Differin in the pump bottle because it dispenses the exact amount that you need for your face and chest. (I use the CeraVe resurfacing retinol on my neck). The tiny .05 oz bottle has lasted me over 3 months using it 3x a week so it really is economical. Ulta often has it on BOGO sale. Either way, I agree that adapalene is a great product!
@@bernaraganit8024 you can find both walgreen's and cvs's brand in the same aisle and typically on the same shelf, pretty much right next to the differin adapalene.
Fun fact: Tretinoin was developed as an acne medication just like Adapalene. I don’t have acne and my skin is not oily but I use Differin because it is said to be less irritating than Tret. I use it 3x a week and moisturize first with CeraVe PM. I have very sensitive skin and this routine has given me no issues. Plus it’s much cheaper.
I think if you're talking about sensitive, easily irritated skin, you should be telling us if the products you recommend are scented. My rosacea flares up really ugly with most fragranced products, and quite often fragrance is not listed as such on the labels. It could be hiding in botanical ingredients or perhaps some of the silicone-type ingredients, but I'm not a cosmetic chemist and I'm easily discouraged when I pay good money for something I must immediately return. Help us out just a little more! Love your presentations and hope you continue to give good info for all of us!
Hi Angie, I would like to see a video demonstrating how to use the products, like what to put on first second, etc, and what not to use together. Your videos are awesome, very infomative. Another great job!
Now that I’ve reached age 65, I find that Retin A - which I used for years - is irritating my skin. I’ve selected Retinol, and hope this enables me to continue. Thanks for all of your research!
I also want to say that I LOVE your videos! I'm 50 and searched for another mature woman who doesn't look and sound like 12 year old. 😳😂 Hearing, "OMG, I'm like totally obsessed with this makeup!" A hundred times in a 10 min video is, "Like, OMG, annoying!" Young girls sure could learn a few things from you! 🙏😁
My face always looks better after I put the nutragena retinol on maybe because it's very hydrating also being in cream form and with hyaluronic acid pumps really well. Thanks Angie 😘
I am a first time subscriber but I am so impressed by your knowledge Explanations of a variety of products that I can use face on my own skin for my age. I have unsubscribed to many other UA-camrs who don’t seem to have the know how and information you provide. You are a gem.
I have been using the Australian Gold sunscreen for about 4 years now on the recommendation of Laura Rae on UA-cam. She is another woman who like you seems to be aging in reverse! I love it because it stays on and doesn’t get in my eyes when I’m in water aerobics class. I have recommended to so many people.
Angie….I love all your new brushes and I set them out in numbered order before putting on my eyeshadow….however, the concealer brush is a game changer! 💕💕💕
Love your videos...you are very well versed in skincare ingredients! I wish the term "anti aging" would be changed to something else such as "better aging, or pro aging"...as we are all aging every single day! We cannot "not age" but age better and gracefully! Best of luck to you in your new beautiful home. 🏠 😁
Hi Angie. Hope u had a great weekend…..this is an awesome video. Wish I would’ve known all these things when I was in my 20s. The next best thing I’ve done is told my daughter never to leave the house without spf50 and in turn she has told her girlfriends and her boyfriend. They will look amazing in their 50s thanks to you Angie. Sending you sunshine from Oz xxx🌞🥰

I love all your videos, Angie. I love how thorough you are with the information you share and how knowledgeable you are. You are seriously THE anti-ageing expert! XX
Your skin care research and recommendations are the best out there! I have used both the MyChelle and Maelove retinaldehyde.....did not see much difference in my skin with the MyChelle product (used an entire bottle), and recently tried the Maelove. What a difference the Maelove has made in only about 2-3 weeks! Much less irritation (or maybe my skin is now used to retinaldehyde?)....either way, I overall like the Maelove the best of the two. My skin is so much better (I'm 63) since starting your skin care suggestions in June of this year, so thank you for educating all of us and for offering multiple solutions (less expensive vs more expensive) in just about every product. Have a fabulous day! (Still LOVING your brushes, too!!) (And we never get tired of hearing about sunscreen! LOL) Currently use the Australian Gold and Elta MD Elements - recently got a tube of their newest Elta MD Sheer Sunscreen and really love that one, too!) Never wore facial sunscreen on a daily basis until I watched some of your videos - thank you!!
Good Morning Beautiful Angie 🌞💕 I purchased Derma - E essentials over night peel when you introduced it to us and the ordinary AHA 30% BHA 2% . I am 63 and I LOVE them . Angie I LOVE YOU 🙌🏼❤️🥰 . I am a retired cosmetologist since 1976 and You are My Holy Grail . Thank you so Very Much . I just ordered the lactic acid and I am certain I will enjoy it . You have the history without the mystery 🥰🥰🥰💐🔥😘 Thank you Beautiful ❤️
Your makeup looks so pretty today! I just want to say I really admire all you've gone through and accomplished and with such grace! I love your new place. I wish I could get a new house but now is not the time. I'm helping my daughter look and I'd never get what I have already for anything I could afford! But you have really done a great job! It must feel so good to have all of that behind you!❤ ~ Lori
Especially that bit you said about Salicylic acid and how it exfoliates inside the pore, is very interesting to me. Thanks for all this info. Definitely will be watching this again before I shop for a retinol.
La Roche Posay anthelios for sensitive eyes is great for face. If you’re in Australia a ‘dupe’ for it is Cancer Council kids sensitive sunscreen.it’s safe for near the eyes and works well under makeup too.
Hi Angie, Great information presented as a skincare expert. I do like the Olay line of retinol products. My skin is super sensitive and Olay works better for me than Neutrogena. Hope that you have a wonderful day.
Thank you for such an informative video. I'm 63 and of course always looking for cost effective anti-aging skin care products. You mentioned the CeraVe sunscreen. I wanted to mention that I received a sampe of a CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum and I really like the way it goes on so silky and seems to reduce fine lines. The bottle states that it has 3 essential ceramides and hyaluronic acid. I will try one of the retinoids you suggested but I was curious about your perspective on this product.
Good morning Angie Hope you are doing well. Thanks for all your hard work. Sending positive thought and good vibes. Just wanted to encourage you : you are so classy and full of grace…🙏😃
Thanks, Angie for this video. I’ve reviewed some of these products on m channel as well and had similar results with my 51 yr old, combo skin. Love Derma-E Overnight Peel and their eye patches you turned me onto a few years ago!
Angie, clearly you are THE BEST resource for anything anti- aging! I am thrilled for you (and all of us) that you continue to develop content. I'm curious if after you submitted your raffle entry if anyone received a confirmation email? TIA
Angie this is a great video you always go above and beyond with your information. All anyone has to do is look at your skin to see you know what you are talking about when it comes to anti aging products.
Hi Angie, I’d love to see a video about changing makeup trends. I think things seem to be swinging back to more natural looks as far as less baking, lighter brows, highlight and contour. Would love to know what you are noticing and doing differently and how to use what we have to get updated looks.
Hello Angie!! Please please do a video on the whole zinc sunscreen issue. I feel so confused and have been reading on it as much as can. You have such a amazing way of explaining things. I feel absolutely perplexed on which sunscreen to use now? I've been absolutely using titanium and zinc and some of my make does have its own spf. I have been trying to stay away from chemical sunscreens and now this zinc issue has thrown me for a loop🥴🙁
Retinoids are not my go to, although I have tried them [Curology, The Original]. I like glycolic + salicylic acids better. I am using both on a daily basis. I have lactic acid + Vitamin C (30%) as back ups, or the occasional change if desired. And my all time favorite moisturizer is something I whip up myself!! It is vanilla extract, honey + pure castor oil!! My skin is starting to look radiant again - before the makeup! 😎 That has been, and always will be my goal! ~I will be trying a different face wash Friday, which is when it is expected to arrive. Can’t wait! Expect “Even Greater Things,” in 2021! I always have taken good care of my skin. In my 20’s I just used to use vitamin C and lotion. Once I turn 30 I knew I had to step it up so, I find this channel. I been following this channel recommendations and my skin love it. Thank you
Hi, I started using sunscreen everyday at age 23. I'm 50 now and get compliments on my skin. Retinal products, vitamin c, etc are helpful, but nothing is as affective as sunscreen everyday. Prevent! Good for you for starting in your twenties!
Hi Angie, can I just say how much I appreciate you?! Wow, you really do thorough research, and you know what to use for all skin types also! SUCH a huge help! I’ll be turning fifty in Jan and I’ve been realizing in the last 2 years how much my skin has suddenly changed. Although I’m still told I pass for 40 (thankfully) but that’s after I’m all dolled up lol… which isn’t often.. so I’ve been watching your channel for all kinds of tips, because as you know, at a certain point, we DO have to change our habits to keep looking the best we can. 😊 So anyway, THANK YOU for your hard work, documentation, and presentations to us about what you find! You’re an angel! Much love! 🙏🏼💗
I was having trouble with your move and the echo-ey sound was hard for me to tolerate, but I think the sound in this video was better!! Still, I never miss a video!
54 years Young & Cera Ve dries out my skin too & my makeup doesn't like it. I discovered Neutrogena Hydro Boost water get lotion sunscreen SPF 50 that I LOVE!! The My Chelle & Australian Gold are very drying, but worked for me in High Humidity last summer. I got sucked into an ad on You tube & ordered Some Lavie' products. They are from Israel. If anyone has any feedback, I'd love to hear it- TIA!!
I cannot use Alpha Hydroxy products. It leaves what appears to be burns all over my face. 😕 I use a vitamin C peeling gel approx every other day instead to loosen dead skin. Vine Vera has an outrageously expensive one ($150+) but I found a much cheaper version that works as good or better. Also, kudos for mentioning Differin! I love their moisturizer and mix it with my acne cream. Differin has great inexpensive products
Love from Crete island Greece! You changed my face! Actually I love pampering myself in my 53 ...looking like 43! or even better! Congratulation on your presentation quality and keep up good work! Take also into consideration the Geek and Gorgeus Game A for retinal! As for the brands, use Avene Trixera after retinoic acid and you will be grateful... Never felt any dry ...just like that! You should try Avene! You shall love it! Love Eva!
Hi Angie! I love both Olay & Neutrogena. But ibought the $11 sample of Olay 24 retinol and it's outstanding! I love how the cream disappears & leaves my skin so soft. I've since bought the full size. But the Neutrogena gel cream is also one of my ride or die favorites. I can't handle tretinoin, way too sensitive, but I'm going to give adapalene a try.
Thank you for the great o do, format and respect you havefor your viewers by not allowing commercials in your vids!!!!! Love and blessings to you and yours!🥰🙏🏼💖🌹
I always love your videos. I wondered if you might consider a video for those of us with sensitive skin, to recommend makeup for us. Many products I react to due to fragrance and/or ingredients. Thank you
Hi Angie, after watching your retinol video last year I asked my dermatologist for one and she recommended adapalene which is the same but a little cheaper than Differin gel. My skin looks fantastic so thank YOU for your advice !
Hi Deana! Where did you find adapalene? I picked some up at CVS, but the last time I went to buy it, they were sold out and have been for the last couple of weeks. Thx!
I have the Avene and after a month, the pump broke. It was at least half full, so I had to use a hammer to smash the pump to remove it. Since then I've been digging out the product with a Qtip every night. When it's gone I plan to buy the MyChelle. Your makeup looks great, by the way.
Hi Angie! I'm just catching up with you and seeing this...FYI, Walgreens has generic adapalene (compare to Differin) that can save folks a few dollars.
I like the Neutrogena with SA brand more. Reason is because it plumps up the skin and really knocked of my lines. Also it's not greasy and my skin looks great in the morning. I mix it with Olay's collagen peptide 24 cream. I'm 49. I used Differen .I looked dry and wrinkled. I do love Australian Gold sunscreen .
If anyone is new to watching Angie please know she has done all the research and testing. Angie knows what she is talking about. Definitely follow her advice! Thank you Angie! Long time viewer!!
Hi Angie, fantastic video once again. Just one thing: unfortunately tretinoin is not over the counter now. You have to get a prescription from your dermatologist
Hi Angie, thanks so much for your great videos! They’re always so helpful and informative. One suggestion on sunscreens for oily skin: EltaMD Clear, but not the tinted version. Clear has niaminicide and other skin care ingredients. It’s a combination sunscreen with both chemical and mineral ingredients. I’ve found that, for me, it works best if I do not moisturize first. Upon initial application, it’s shiny but wait a couple of minutes (longer if it’s humid), then apply makeup. There’s no cast left on the skin using this method. Using Clear without moisturizing first prevents Clear from feeling sticky or pilling. Having had skin cancer, I’m a devoted sunscreen user and Clear is a winner for me, especially in hot weather.
Hi Angie, great video!!! The Timeless Vitamin C is now at Target! It is actually carried in some stores, and can be found on their website as well! So that counts as drugstore to me!!!
Angie, you are wrong. It is not so that you can get Tretinoin without a prescription in SPAIN. You absolutely need a dermatologist prescription to get it. Greetings from Spain.
You mentioned getting retin a when you travel. I do this, when I go to Mexico. However, I found their online pharmacy and they shipped to me from there no problem. It was exactly the same one that I purchase when I’m in country.
THANKYOU Angie Your the best! You communicate so well, I’m a happy subscriber, ur my choice for an anti- aging guru, and your a great example, I’m 63 and aging quite well as you have truly ignited my life!!!! 🙆♀️

La Roche Posay anthelios for sensitive eyes is great for face. If you’re in Australia a ‘dupe’ for it is Cancer Council kids sensitive sunscreen.it’s safe for near the eyes and works well under makeup too.
Hey Angie! Thanks for this video! I prefer drugstore over high end so these recommendations are very much appreciated ❤
I will try one of the retinoids you suggested but I was curious about your perspective on this product.
beautiful skin and makeup application love your eyeshadow
I'm using my Curology now, since it's finally available in South Carolina! Still checking on good skincare for fine lines, but acne prone skin. 💯💞
We’re still waiting in Mississippi 🤞🏻
Good morning Angie
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for all your hard work.
Sending positive thought and good vibes.
Just wanted to encourage you : you are so classy and full of grace…🙏😃
Thanks so much Sue!
TIA
love your videos... how do you talk about all your products and still look directly at the camera without a cheat sheet?? wow!!
Yep I want to know too it's so confusing
What zinc issue?
Shalom! ⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸⭐️🇺🇸
Much love! 🙏🏼💗
Your makeup today looked great, you should share it, it's naturally stunning!
I list all the makeup I have on in the info box below the video!
@@AngieHotandFlashy oh goodness, thank you! didn't realize. Have a blessed day Angie!
Great advice, i appreciate all the work and research you put into your videos, thank you so much Angie.
You're so welcome!
Fantastic informative video, especially showing the actual products. Two I have to dump and several I have to add I believe. Thank you.
Love Eva!
your voice is so soothing i fall asleep to your videos at night while learning about skincare 😴 🧴
Wow - articulate and beautiful. If you had recommended aluminum siding in this video, I would have purchased it.
Gerovital (Ana Aslan) 🇷🇴 I'm 72, it has been around for decades.
Those that you recommend are also tops.
Terrific overview and summary! U r a researcher.forrsire and it shows. Have been listening to u since u started under various names.
I always love your videos. I wondered if you might consider a video for those of us with sensitive skin, to recommend makeup for us. Many products I react to due to fragrance and/or ingredients. Thank you
Great video! Why does sunscreen break out my face? Is there a good video? Thank you!
Thx!
@@laurieparis2203 Walmart! In the acne section :)
@@deenatiches5734 thank you, m'dear! 😘
I have the Avene and after a month, the pump broke. It was at least half full, so I had to use a hammer to smash the pump to remove it. Since then I've been digging out the product with a Qtip every night. When it's gone I plan to buy the MyChelle. Your makeup looks great, by the way.
No. 7 has a good retinol too 😊
Lots of great tips! Thanks for sharing!
Great video Angie!!!! Thanks for sharing and I learned so much.
The Olay 24 retinol is good! I have very sensitive skin and so far so good.
Hi Angie! I'm just catching up with you and seeing this...FYI, Walgreens has generic adapalene (compare to Differin) that can save folks a few dollars.
Excellent as always Angie👍💕
I like the Neutrogena with SA brand more. Reason is because it plumps up the skin and really knocked of my lines. Also it's not greasy and my skin looks great in the morning. I mix it with Olay's collagen peptide 24 cream. I'm 49. I used Differen .I looked dry and wrinkled. I do love Australian Gold sunscreen .
Using these products you recommend for the last 4 years. Was very happy to find out about the Differin Gel. Thank you
Excellent topic , Thank you! I’m on my 2nd tube from Cerave vitamin c and noticing great results.
Informative as usual Angie! What do you know about bakuchiol and is it effective at all? Thank you!
I love the Australia Gold Med/Tan as makeup. I don’t have oily skin or dark skin, but it works for me.
This is great! I love how you did recommendations for different skin types. Would love to see you do best cleansers for different skin types.
If anyone is new to watching Angie please know she has done all the research and testing. Angie knows what she is talking about. Definitely follow her advice! Thank you Angie! Long time viewer!!
Thank you! I used a combo of Eltamd. And I do like Aveeno 60 spf
I found at the drugstore L'Oreal 3.5 percent glycolic cleanse gel. My sensitive skin about 3 times a month in shower.
Hi Angie, fantastic video once again. Just one thing: unfortunately tretinoin is not over the counter now. You have to get a prescription from your dermatologist
Love lactic acid. Especially, that comes in vitamin C
Having had skin cancer, I’m a devoted sunscreen user and Clear is a winner for me, especially in hot weather.
your eyes look amazing in this video!!!! love the shades
Also, when in Europe, you can buy Avene retinaldehyde in pharmacy for about 30 USD.
Hi Angie, great video!!! The Timeless Vitamin C is now at Target! It is actually carried in some stores, and can be found on their website as well! So that counts as drugstore to me!!!
So happy to be here! you are an inspiration.
Angie, you are wrong. It is not so that you can get Tretinoin without a prescription in SPAIN. You absolutely need a dermatologist prescription to get it. Greetings from Spain.
I’ve loved every video . God bless you for all your hard work and all your dedicated research !
Your skin is beautiful.
I like Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Weightless Face Sunscreen its gentle on my face.
Hi love the videos what is a good hand cream for older women hands very dry inside soft but dry thanks
You mentioned getting retin a when you travel. I do this, when I go to Mexico. However, I found their online pharmacy and they shipped to me from there no problem. It was exactly the same one that I purchase when I’m in country.
Can you please provide the info for that online pharmacy?
Yes!! Please tell 🙏
Can you please provide the web address?
Yes, please.
I’d like the info as well. Thank you.
THANKYOU Angie
Your the best!
You communicate so well, I’m a happy subscriber, ur my choice for an anti- aging guru, and your a great example, I’m 63 and aging quite well as you have truly ignited my life!!!! 🙆♀️
Hi Angie, I love your videos! I have learned so much from you and your recommendations have been a game changer in my skin care journey. I just want to point out that Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair is now available in a fragrance free formula. 😊
