I'm riding a 1981 Honda Silverwing (GL500).
This is just a quick ride around town. Talking about my bike and the channel. I hope to document the process of turning this timeless classic into the cafe/scrambler of my dreams. I have many things planned for this bike and I am excited to share the process (even if nobody watches).

The GLs are so nice and comfortable, why chop them up? Admittedly, long legs are a bit problematic.

doesnt hurt these bikes to run 65-70 all day long, its aa short stroke engine and it needs to be in the upper RPMs , anything under 5 grand is lugging the engine. Keep it in 4th around town.
