I am not vegan and also not fully raw, but I changed my life drastically by gardening my own food, making everything from stratch, making whole foods with fresh ingredients, meditating and grounding. It allowed me to hear what my body is saying and stay close to myself.

I grew up in the states but my family is from the Caribbean Islands, and they always say the best way to eat a mango is accepting the mess that comes with eating it’s deliciousness.

Seeing that I’m only 16 and have tackled having a full-time job this summer, plus trying to kick start my future, I needed that reminder that I still need to take a little time for myself. Take time to spend with my family. And not work from dusk till dawn. Humans have a limit, and I have been feeling that I have been overreaching my work limit. Thank you SO, SO much for the reminder.

I tried a raw vegan diet and nearly died I was starving! I’ll stick to a normal vegan diet but I love seeing others sticking to it and looking great❤️
I'm also trying these days, and I'm hungry but ill continue till fail and then try again.
Y’all gotta eat WAY more food. Like a TON. At least that what it seems like from watching her videos
I love this diet for body cleansing! I tried it for 4 months and it wasn't easy🤭. I can't afford it now but hopefully I'll be able to renew it in the future. I wish you all the best!

I couldn’t agree more about gardening being a VERY spiritual experience. ❤❤❤ I have a question. I have always heard that juice doesn’t keep well and should be consumed the day it’s made. I have a good juicer but rarely use it because of the time required. I am going to try with trust and juice once a week for a few days. Thank you
