Great video! I would love to buy a house in the Highland area! It’s the best of everything that my family needs. Currently on the market to buy and our #1 area in Westchester is WP, just taking longer to find a house due to this crazy buyers craze.

It’s definitely crazy out there right now for buyers, hopefully the warm weather will bring us more listings for buyers 🤞 if you ever need any help or have questions feel free to click the calendly link in the description for a free 15 minute complimentary zoom call

I would like to see new build homes the homes you are showing are old. Can you do a tour of the new construction home being built in White plains? I too live upstate NY and ready to get out of here someone mentioned white plains to me today. Thanks for this tour.

Unfortunately our inventory of new builds in White Plains has been very slim. There are a few that pop up here and there but to give you an idea there’s only been 10 homes that have been built after 2019 to hit the market in the last 365 days. Westchester County is a lot more dense the closer you get to NYC. Entire developments like the ones you see upstate are not that common. Every now and again you’ll see a luxury builder come in and do 15-20 Mc Mansions.
How far upstate are you? I used to live in Orange County.

@@SigmaRealEstateStudios Thank you for the reply. I live in Utica NY, ever since I left TN this is the only place in NY. Everyone keeps telling me to move to a different part of NY instead of moving away. I was thinking of Pace Law School I know it's in white plains. I just want to live in a city that active! Utica NY is dead with nothing to do! Once I graduate I'm out.

@@kimberlymorton4690 You’re welcome! Oh wow that’s really up there haha.
White Plains is a very active city and has roughly a 36 minute commute time to NYC so if you really want life you can take a trip to the Big Apple! I would definitely recommend renting something for a year and if you like it then I would buy something here

I was raised in the City. Seeking to move to WestChester. Looking for more greenery than the highlights but also within 15 min drive of White plains. What are my options.

You start to get more greenery in parts of Valhalla, Thornwood, Hawthorne, Briar Cliff, Chappaqua, and Armonk. Really it’s all going to depend on your price range, the higher the range the more greenery opens up closer to the city. The lower the price range the further away from the city you have to go for lots of greenery. Hope this was helpful! You can always reach me as well at jimmyoddone@kw.com
