I run this on my 11.5" and I love it. It's my new favorite can. And thank you for the Patreon code!!! And a note to prospective buyers: even though it isn't Hub compatible, there is an Atlas / Plan B Charlie mount. It's what I use.
It's honestly not bad in an open field like he was. My 5.56 guns are as loud as a 22 LR quiet or a touch quieter. Covered bench at a range is a much different story.
@@williamboggs1682 Definitely not despite anything. I've shot around 20-25 5.56 suppressors and the only one that was some what ok without ears was a Mark12 clone with a Ocm5. When you end up like me where every other word is what? or huh? You realize real fast that you should be protecting what you have. 5.56 suppressed is never hearing safe.
I went with the Velos 762 and got a 5.56 endcap with internal flash hider which makes it more versatile and it works so well on all my 5.56 and 300 Blackout ARs. I personally am also a fan of the ASR mount system.
This is a video that I needed to watch. Thanks! I have been researching this suppressor for a possible purchase, and it's great to see that it works well on the 5.56 and 300 BO as well. Now, I just need one. Also, it seems that the ASR mount gets a fair amount of hate out there, but it's nice to see that you like it. I don't have any experience with that system.
762 Velos sounds so good on my 556 guns..I and my friends are always blown away how good it performs…quickly becoming my favorite can…also my 14” 6.5 creedmoor sounds phenomenal
It did indeed. I have the 556 full sized and it convinced me that flow through is the future, and the future is now. I have a surge, but I'm going to move it over to dedicated bolt gun use and buy the 762 velos for my auto feeders. I really appreciate this review.
I have one, I like it, it regulates the gas pretty well on my .308 pa-10. That alone makes it a great can. But I ran the velos 762 on my 10.5 pdw (with the 223 end cap) and it still sounds good, but I prefer the chimera based on the tone, sound suppression, and shooting it outside isn't too bad either. There's always gonna be tradeoffs depending on the users needs. Thanks for the solid review.
My buddy just got this can and i got the b&t same day. We wanted to see what was better. He got his already and shot it on his 308. We shot m80 147 and idk if it was hearing safe. My ab 762 is def hearing safe on my 308 but its kinda gassy! Plz do the velos/rsbs haha eveyone want it!
@ I’ve got both Hub and Charlie mount cans. Rearden makes a Charlie Atlas to allow their and Plan B style mounts. More concerned with sound, flash and gas reduction,
Only thing I don’t like is the mount, I don’t like having to manually lock my mounting system, if I could I’d swap it out for something like the KEYMO, which is a nice mounting system for people who want to recess their can under the hand guard
KEYMO seems to have some reliability issues. You see more BS with KEYMO, may be fine for majority of people but there is more documented issues with KEYMO.
Shoot it on a 300RUM. No one is showing these cans working on the maximum caliber capability. Please. I'd love to see this on a RUM. Just might have to buy one. 🇺🇲
lol actually they are pretty good considering. You have to think. I'm only doing a couple of shots here and there for the mic/cam. I wouldn't shoot a suppressed rifle all day without ears.
@ haha thats good. Damn quick response! I have a velos 762 on backorder but I am starting to think I might switch and get a fan my mp5 instead bc I think I might get out of 300 blk and just do 9mm instead. Is there a good suppressor that would primarily work well on an mp5 and sometimes run on an ak when needed? I watch your vids all the time. Good stuff man

I just can not imagine how shitty your hearing must be to be able to shoot suppressed 5.56 without hearing protection. lol great videos

Despite what you’ve heard 556 can sound very good

Been waiting for this!!!!
I hope it helps!

It's crazy how quiet suppressed subsonic 300 is with a bolt acrion rifle.

Velos 762 or B&T SRBS if you only had to pick one?
Based off what you know without a head to head.
Thank you.

What’s the best setup/sounding suppressor for the Flux raider
This is the one.
Thanks
Does the 762 overall length include the added inch or so with the charlie mount attached?
Any chance you could do the ventum 7.62?
This can or the B&T SRBS?
@@juanthelawnmowerthief1641 I knew this was coming. I need to do a head to head. The B&T SRBS is HUB compatible if that metric matters to you.

@@nfareviewplease do a comparison. Waiting for more comparison videos on the SRBS full and Compact version.
@@nfareviewyes please 🙏
i have both the velos 556 and b&t srbs 556. they are both great.
Why do they ship the 762 with the MB instead of the flash hider?
Which sounds better on the mark 18 , 762 or the 556 velos

Still no spectre CAT reviews? Only mainstream brand reviews?
@@kurttlethorup they haven’t reached out 🤷♂️ im extremely backed up on T&E, I don’t have time to chase down suppressor manufacturers. Sorry bubba
