Hope these boys come right. Reminds me of myself i was a lost soul a didn't who I was at 15. I lived on the street and stole food from cafes. Random acts of kindness restores your faith in human nature and keeps you going. I come right I'm 55 years old and never forget those times and to this day I appreciate the simple things in life like a nice warm bed. I have no regrets of those times it made me who i am today . I was homeless too as a female. I dont know about other countries people here look down on homeless, they think if you're homeless it's always your fault and you are on drugs. It's one of the loneliest feelings when you need help and people would rather walk past you like you don't exist
I'm currently parked outside a neighborhood Walmart in Chicago because my girlfriend kicked me out. I don't know anyone here because I just got here 3 months ago from another state. Don't have gas money either to drive back home :/ so I guess technically I am also homeless.
The homeless people all seem very friendly. Most of the homeless people in my area would be angry at you if you woke them up. They also would be very suspicious and wary about someone videoing them. These homeless seems very cordial

My favorite part is when you just talk and joke with them, and treat them like friends. It reminds them that they're still a part of society. That's more motivating than just having to survive.
I think it's different from the place I lived no one is homeless cause we don't leave family members..even we are not that well off we always eat as much as we can share among family...
You can do a lot more from the kindness of your heart than money could ever do! I used to leave the bars drunk because I was tired of the fake reality people were living in. Homeless people right out side the bars and no one cared. I started sitting with them and talking to them. I was only asked maybe two times for money. Most of them just want some one to talk to, someone to show they care, empathize with them and understand the hardship they have faced. When they don’t feel so alone they begin to feel more empowered over their own lives. “You help someone up who has Fallen and the next day they do the same.” Sooner or later we are all helping each other in one way or another.
@@joeyayala6732 great point! I try to do this today where I try to encourage the ones asking for money, I know what they need it for, I can see it on their faces, in their eyes, on their bodies. They're sick, withdrawling. If I can I help them with a few bucks but more so I tell them about the clinics down the road that they can utilize, that there are govt grants they offer for treatment for methadone. I take my experience with overcoming addiction but I feel like I am always in a rush. I am going to remember your point and apply it next time and not be so hurried.
As I get older it especially breaks my heart to see young people struggle like this. It’s become so hard for them to make it. If you don’t have the support of parents and family, with housing costs and everything else being so expensive, it’s virtually impossible.

They already admitted to being addicts and BI set them up to get help at a rehabilitation centre and they ran away from it a few weeks they were there, unfortunate but I did suspect they were addicts from this vid
It is heartbreaking and heart warming at the same time. I love this man, he never ask questions or passes judgment. He’s just there to help. It’s clear some thing happened along the way to these brothers. Who knows what the circumstances are. It would be easy to assume a lot of things, but this man just continues to bless people, he feeds them. He clothes them. Blesses them with money for shelter. We need more of this all over the world. I think it's great what this man has done for these 2 men, but matthew 6:2 tells us Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. When I was homeless and using drugs it was people like this guy that showed me love when I had noone and nothing. It gave me hope for humanity. I'm tearing up just trying to write this. God bless you for doing this. Also im no longer homeless. I'm sober now and help the homeless with what I can.

I try to help the homeless and drug addicts in my neighborhood but I avoid giving money because I be afraid that I’m helping them buy more drugs (I live next door to a crack house) is giving food enough what are ways I can really help them! When you’re sleeping and living on the street, it scares the hell out of you when someone approaches you like that. Everybody wants to scam you, rip you off and hurt you. So it’s really frightening when someone offers you something for nothing. It’s very rare. This is beautiful to watch.

A guy asked me for 20p once (1/5 of a £1) for coffee at the homeless shelter. I said I'll get you a meal deal from the shop. I said come in and choose. He proceeded to choose a small water and a reduced price sandwich. If I was rich I would have seriously helped change that man's life. Humbling.

I'm a recovered heroin addict...been homeless...now I'm clean and my life is good I always try to help the less fortunate. If they are on drugs 💉 talk to them about being clean. I won't give cash but will feed them and/or sometimes get them a room for a night. I believe kindness can change someone's life. Love these videos those poor brothers look exhausted of that lifestyle. Keep up your good work the world needs more people like you.

It was sad to see the hardship etched on their faces. I imagine these men have known a lot of negativity. It was humbling to see their response to the Good Samaritans act of kindness.
This man is a really blessed person who does not even show who he is but just how kind he is to those in need. This video is a lesson to every one not to just pass by people you see having a hard time and sleeping on the street etc but to stop and help where you can

Everyone thinks homeless people are lazy or on drugs when they sleep during the day but sleeping during the day is far safer than sleeping at night... good on this guy for helping them out!
a lot are. i used to work around the "poor" neighbourhood" in our city. used to give change to homeless but now i don't. rare times i give something it's food. there are very hardworking ones but you'll never see them sitting around so it's hard to help them out.
Most of them are lazy and on drugs. Had two different homeless people work for me at a burger joint. I offered them $15hr and up to 70hrs a week if they wanted it. They called in sick all the time, Half ass worked while they were there, come to work messed up or drunk, act like they were sick and leave early then I would see them a couple of hours later drinking and panhandling, and didn’t appreciate the job in any way. This was two different individuals I offered a job to help them. I tried so many times to help them but eventually had to let them go. So don’t even begin to act like they are all just down on their luck. Some want to be this way.
@@Chasecka I don't know if you even been addicted to drugs or not, but it's fucking hard to come out of drugs. Some people make it some people die trying. Life in poverty gives them a reason to be sad and helpless and they usually try to ease that pain with drugs, then the negative thinking and drugs become an everyday cycle, and it's fucking hard to come out of it. Nobody wants a wasted life, most of the times the problems in our life and in our head control us, life becomes an illusion of unending hardships, which seems impossible to come out from. you might think that what you're doing is the best and nothing can be done more, but this kind of people need more than HELP.

I think the look on their faces at first when the good Samaritan called out Hello, was just shock and despair, because they probably thought it was a cop or some streetgang member to beat them up and/or chase them away
some people are cynic because probably they're afraid about showing off their emotions , we should start thinking about to change our "mind way" and we should end to hide emotions behind a mask just because the society where we live leads us to act in this way

I am completely overwhelmed with emotion and tears watching this. I can't imagine my two sons in a situation like this and that's all I could see was their faces in these two young men huddled together on the ground. Homelessness can happen to anyone. God bless this man that bought them all that food, drinks and money. I can't help but wonder what their story is and how they became homeless. Is there a way to help them long term to get back on their feet so they never have to be in this situation ever again. They are in my prayers for the Lord to send them the help they need and to send his angels to hedge them with protection in this time of their need. Amen.

Well I'm in my 60s mate I had the same reaction as you. Heartbreaking to see others in such desperate circumstances. What a fantastic human being. Just the fact that someone cared would've meant the world to those blokes. Well done mate and best wishes for everyone.
As someone who’s spent 2 separate times homeless and on the streets scratching to stay alive; I can tell you that just a small genuine conversation and a meal does so much for someone in that situation. Drug addicts or not, they’re still human, they require the very same sustenance and social interactions as you and I. You never know, what this guy did right here may be the pebble that tips the scales for them and turns everything around, or enough nourishment from the food to gain some level of employment. Sorry for the long comment but seeing things like this hits home for me. I always try to help someone if they need it whether they ask or not because if someone didn’t do that for me, I could very well be there still myself. Pay it forward people, it can and does make a difference.

Reminds me of myself i was a lost soul a didn't who I was at 15. I lived on the street and stole food from cafes. Random acts of kindness restores your faith in human nature and keeps you going. I come right I'm 55 years old and never forget those times and to this day I appreciate the simple things in life like a nice warm bed. I have no regrets of those times it made me who i am today . A WARM LOVING HUMAN BEING WITH A SOUL AND A HEART.

I was homeless too as a female. I dont know about other countries people here look down on homeless, they think if you're homeless it's always your fault and you are on drugs. It's one of the loneliest feelings when you need help and people would rather walk past you like you don't exist
I'm currently parked outside a neighborhood Walmart in Chicago because my girlfriend kicked me out. I don't know anyone here because I just got here 3 months ago from another state. Don't have gas money either to drive back home :/ so I guess technically I am also homeless.

The homeless people all seem very friendly. Most of the homeless people in my area would be angry at you if you woke them up.

You can do a lot more from the kindness of your heart than money could ever do! I used to leave the bars drunk because I was tired of the fake reality people were living in. Homeless people right out side the bars and no one cared. I started sitting with them and talking to them. I was only asked maybe two times for money. Most of them just want some one to talk to, someone to show they care, empathize with them and understand the hardship they have faced. When they don’t feel so alone they begin to feel more empowered over their own lives. “You help someone up who has Fallen and the next day they do the same.” Sooner or later we are all helping each other in one way or another.
@@joeyayala6732 great point! I try to do this today where I try to encourage the ones asking for money, I know what they need it for, I can see it on their faces, in their eyes, on their bodies. They're sick, withdrawling. If I can I help them with a few bucks but more so I tell them about the clinics down the road that they can utilize, that there are govt grants they offer for treatment for methadone. I take my experience with overcoming addiction but I feel like I am always in a rush. I am going to remember your point and apply it next time and not be so hurried.

As I get older it especially breaks my heart to see young people struggle like this. It’s become so hard for them to make it. If you don’t have the support of parents and family, with housing costs and everything else being so expensive, it’s virtually impossible.

It’s clear some thing happened along the way to these brothers. Who knows what the circumstances are. When I was homeless and using drugs it was people like this guy that showed me love when I had noone and nothing. It gave me hope for humanity. I'm tearing up just trying to write this. God bless you for doing this.

When you’re sleeping and living on the street, it scares the hell out of you when someone approaches you like that. Everybody wants to scam you, rip you off and hurt you. So it’s really frightening when someone offers you something for nothing. It’s very rare. This is beautiful to watch.

I'm a recovered heroin addict...been homeless...now I'm clean and my life is good I always try to help the less fortunate. If they are on drugs 💉 talk to them about being clean. I won't give cash but will feed them and/or sometimes get them a room for a night. I believe kindness can change someone's life.

Everyone thinks homeless people are lazy or on drugs when they sleep during the day but sleeping during the day is far safer than sleeping at night... good on this guy for helping them out!
a lot are. i used to work around the "poor" neighbourhood" in our city. used to give change to homeless but now i don't. rare times i give something it's food. there are very hardworking ones but you'll never see them sitting around so it's hard to help them out.
Most of them are lazy and on drugs. Had two different homeless people work for me at a burger joint. I offered them $15hr and up to 70hrs a week if they wanted it. They called in sick all the time, Half ass worked while they were there, come to work messed up or drunk, act like they were sick and leave early then I would see them a couple of hours later drinking and panhandling, and didn’t appreciate the job in any way. This was two different individuals I offered a job to help them. I tried so many times to help them but eventually had to let them go. So don’t even begin to act like they are all just down on their luck. Some want to be this way.

Life in poverty gives them a reason to be sad and helpless and they usually try to ease that pain with drugs, then the negative thinking and drugs become an everyday cycle, and it's fucking hard to come out of it. Nobody wants a wasted life, most of the times the problems in our life and in our head control us, life becomes an illusion of unending hardships, which seems impossible to come out from. you might think that what you're doing is the best and nothing can be done more, but this kind of people need more than HELP.

I am completely overwhelmed with emotion and tears watching this. I can't imagine my two sons in a situation like this and that's all I could see was their faces in these two young men huddled together on the ground. Homelessness can happen to anyone. God bless this man that bought them all that food, drinks and money. I can't help but wonder what their story is and how they became homeless. Is there a way to help them long term to get back on their feet so they never have to be in this situation ever again. They are in my prayers for the Lord to send them the help they need and to send his angels to hedge them with protection in this time of their need. Amen.

Helping someone whichever way you can is a welcome blessing. I want to believe Giving someone a meal just for a day is like 10 meals to them. For a day they don't have to look into dirty bins. May God bless the hand that blesses others.

It's hard to quit drugs in these circumstances, its hard enough in a clinic and without proper healthcare infrastructure, nearly impossible for a lot of people...
Its sad to see nothing beeing done on that front.

If you do not mind me sharing; the Sabbath, "..from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath." Lev 23:32 (KJV) which is sunset Friday to sunset Saturday, was "sanctified" or "קָדַשׁ" which means to 'set apart for holy use' Gen 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it..." (KJV), and thus Adam and Eve kept it holy. Sin is defined as transgressing or breaking any of the 10 commandments as per 1 Jo 3:4 "..sin is the transgression of the law." (KJV). So, when Satan had sinned, he actually broke the 10 commandments for indeed angels also have to keep them in heaven Psa 103:20 "Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments..."(KJV). Infact, the saints, described as those that "..keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." (Rev 14:12, KJV), will keep the 10 Commandments when the new heavens and a new earth are created including keeping the Sabbath holy by e.g gathering together to worship the LORD as per:
Isa 66:22-23 "For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make...it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD." (KJV).
Heb 4:9 "There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God." (KJV); The word 'rest' is translated from the ancient or traditional Greek Manuscript word 'σαββατισμός'
(Sabbatismos) - A Sabbath, Rest. The 7th day Sabbath still stands or 'remaineth' active today for all GOD'S people to observe.
I am not going to force you to keep Shabbat holy, however, if in disagreement over this matter, i highly encourage to do a study on it so as not to 'end up coming short in the end' (if above the age of accountability) as per:
Heb 4:1 "Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it." (KJV).
Exo 20:8 "Remember..." (KJV).

Well I'm in my 60s mate I had the same reaction as you. Heartbreaking to see others in such desperate circumstances. What a fantastic human being. Just the fact that someone cared would've meant the world to those blokes.

As someone who’s spent 2 separate times homeless and on the streets scratching to stay alive; I can tell you that just a small genuine conversation and a meal does so much for someone in that situation. Drug addicts or not, they’re still human, they require the very same sustenance and social interactions as you and I. You never know, what this guy did right here may be the pebble that tips the scales for them and turns everything around, or enough nourishment from the food to gain some level of employment. Sorry for the long comment but seeing things like this hits home for me. I always try to help someone if they need it whether they ask or not because if someone didn’t do that for me, I could very well be there still myself. Pay it forward people, it can and does make a difference.
If there were more people like that in our world then the world would be a better place. Blessings to all who made this video.
