Wow, those look great! I think it's great you poured hot water over the chocolate. I hear that "blooming" the chocolate really helps to bring out the flavor. I also agree that a bit of coffee helps to accentuate the chocolate flavor, too! I will have to try bread flour! I will have to try a disposable knife when cutting the brownies! Wow, those turned out just how I like them. Thanks so much for the recipe. I can definitely imagine the tartness of the raspberries combining well with the dark chocolate. Wow!
