upper bearing goes toward the swashplate, the middle and lower bearing go toward the gears. do not tighten all and bearing and frame fasteners until you place the main rotor shaft thru the bearings with the main gear so that it will settle and mesh properly then tighten all the screw, this will insure smooth running on the assembly. The Trex assemble instruction leave a lot to be desired.

Ya I thought I messed up but the manual has the plate 180
the bottom plate is on backwards
