Learning the hard way that that bacon is made on the griddle, NOT the grates 😁 Also an added bonus is that delicious bacon grease to fry your eggs in 😋
I’m planning to purchase this Weber Spirit II E-320 tomorrow, I just wondering if this model come with that half hot plate or just the grill grates, if not not, could you pls tell me if your hot plate on the left an official Weber accessory for this spirit II E320? What is the name or model number of that thing? Thanks
Checked your video out because I'm looking into getting that griddle. Looks great! Thanks! Little extra unsolicited advice: The grill grate in this video is upside down. The flat side is meant to be the "top". But obviously, do it however you want!
Nowadays I have one each side. I find the thin side up works well for delicate stuff that likes to stick. I have a separate flat plate I put on if I want to do eggs etc.
To be honest I haven’t measured but I feel like I get a really long time out of them compared to other bbqs I’ve had. The fact you cook with the lid shut probably helps conserve gas a lot.

Great demo, and thanks for showing the side burner in action! Good to know it will comfortably fit a 10" skillet.

Hi! How is the spirit ii holding up? Is it rusting or is everything as it should be? Thanks
It’s holding up great. No rust at all, but I do keep it under a cover. I use it in my recent gyros video if you want to see.
the grill to the right, the small eye, is not made of iron cast?

Grills can go either way one side has bigger openings and the other side smaller.

Your eggs look like they went through a nuclear war.

You are your own worst enemy
Probably shouldn’t be cooking such fatty meats over direct heat.
Good barbecues don’t make you a good chef. What the fuck did I just watch.
If I’m honest I could’ve done a lot better. Kind of a shame this is one of my more popular videos...
that was painful to watch
I must admit I never understood why the video of my worst display of cooking became the most popular one by far
