Calgary's Reuben and the Dark is a collection of five multi-instrumentalists and vocalists led by Reuben Bullock. The group makes chilling, emotive folk and soul driven by dark, introspective lyrics that explore the duality of misery and joy.
Boasting a rare chemistry between all members across western Canada, Reuben and the Dark has emerged organically from Canada's stellar independent scene on the strength of often anthemic compositions that translate the language of emotion into song with haunting clarity.
Their debut album is produced by the UK's Chris Hayden (Florence & the Machine) and Canada's Stephen Kozmeniuk (Madonna, Nicki Minaj, and The Game feat Kanye West) and is being mixed by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele).

Thomas Golubić was the music supervisor for it, and Better Call Saul, and I *think* El Camino too. I can't think of a time he ever dropped the ball with any of his song choices either. Nailed it each time.

I honestly nearly cried in this song. The story of Jesse and everything he’s been through just makes my eyes water. It’s fiction and a film but it’s incredible. I’ve watched el Camino a long time ago and have listened to this song again and it’s just amazing
Breaking Bad is the absoulte greatest. Nothing compares. I hope the same will be said about El Camino...
I love Breaking Bad but there are some shows that can be compared to BB such as Sopranos (The OG), The Wire. They share some simmilarities and good at their own fields but imo Sopranos is pretty much the best.
@@ZzDarkShadowKnightzZ I tried to watch the Wire knowing it is mostly considered better than BB, but couldn't even watch the first ep bcs it looked so much as those CSI or Law & Order series type of thing. Probably I'm wrong since I didn't keep watching, but I like when the script focus on essencial events that makes the characters develop their own personality in a way that we couldn't recognize them easily, as BB accomplished.
In a time when all of my favorite shows are going to shit, even GoT somehow, the one writer I know I can rely on is Vince Gilligan. No hope necessary, I KNOW it's going to be good.

I can't get over how well this song works with the, El Camino" trailer! The lyrics and vibe is perfect.
Breaking Bad has always had a great knack in finding the most perfect songs to accompany certain scenes, and the choice of this song for El Camino is just genius. This song cannot fit Jesse any better, and no other song can fit Jesse any better than this song. I love it. I'm glad to be introduced to it.

This is basically the whole story of Jesse Pinkman in one song. Vince Gilligan is a master of storytelling, proof in the song he picks for his heroes. Just as El Paso tells the story of Walter White, Black Water is the ultimate synopsis for Jesse Pinkman.

I wasn’t able to watch breaking bad as it came out(from when it was released) I’ve watched so many movies and shows and amazing ones at that and still breaking bad is one of the best acted, best shot, best written just overall one of the best shows I’ve ever watched and better call Saul is up there with it. I cried when it finished because I knew it had ended and I’ll cry for better call Saul too
