Super easy way to exploit a vendor to get whatever items you want or just to get unlimited elexit! I have tried this at several vendors and it works with them all.
Just spam up or down on the Dpad and the "buy" button , or A on the Xbox controller, on the vendor's weapons/armor tab. You have to go pretty fast hitting both, but if successful, you will see those items go over to your shopping cart. Now all you have to do it "reset trade" and magically you have the amount of elexit equal to the cost of all those items. Enjoy!

It's just like how economics works in real life... Go to the store, tell the person in the checkout line you want to buy a bunch of stuff, then decide to put it all back, and then suddenly you have a ton of cash.

Which vendor did you use in the video? All of the vendors I use only give about 5K elexit on the reset.

To those on PC, dont use the arrow keys or whatnot, instead rapidly move your cursor across the items. It works massively better because youre refreshing the item tooltip far faster.

Checked today, still works on PC. You guys can use enter, instead of left button of mouse. Too bad it's not working on stacked items like ammo.
Got it to work eventually... While you mention that you spent all your elexit and are now poor You don't mention that being broke is the Key factor in getting this glitch to work (spamming up and down lets you buy items you can't actually afford, and that's where the profit is gained when you "reset" your sales)

It still works on PS4 as of May 22, 2018.
This isn't definitely infinite money, once you buy without no money and reset, you get money and you got to use it to buy again and reset, your money still stays same. Unless I am doing something wrong
bought everything till one of each item was left then spammed up down and X on PS4 and nothing happens

May not get a response but seems to only work the first time at a vendor. You can’t come out of menu save and go in and do it again. Is this correct? Hoping someone can answer. Yes I’m years late to the game.
@@SpideyBD It's been a while, but I think it was pretty much after you milked each vendor for the items and/or cash once you can move on to the next one.
It still works. However you can only gain so much and it stops it seems. I have 31482 E on the armor guy and it wont go higher.
You'll pretty much have to go to the next shop. There is a limit on the amount of money you get from each one based on the items that vendor has. Should get more if you go and upgrade a weapon or two (or find them whatever) and then sell them to the vendor and do the same thing. Hope that helps!

not sure if this is still working can anyone confirm? I tried earlier today and couldn't get it to work; my money just reverted back to the same amount.
What system are you playing on? I have been having some internet issues, so I am not sure if a patch on Xbox has been released. Just make sure you don't have more money than the worth of the items. I.E. You have to run out of cash to gain money from this, so if you have enough to purchase all the goods, you will NOT gain anything.

Neftali Burgos like I said, I have this on the Xbox One. No patch came out yet for the Xbox version. You'll have to test it and see. Let me know how it goes, I'm curious as to if they patch this on PC and PS4.

@@Nirvanic_demon just make sure you save, then at the trader just do it as fast as you can, it can go the other way when you're selling and you sell more and don't get the money

It works for me. But not as well. I get 1000 elexit instead of the vast amounts you do.

He has more money originally, he buys a bunch of stuff in the cart and it goes to a low value then he resets the transaction.
It doesn't work all the time so you have to try it a couple of times.

Doesn't matter if you start with money or not, just hit "buy" and up or down real fast. That's it.

So I just tried again. Today's 29.05.2020 and it still works. Elex will not get another Patch, that I can guarantee you like for 99,99%.
I played Elex at Steam with Keyboard/ Mouse and Controller, both controlls working. And even at my PS4 is it still possible.
So you might do something wrong.

You can do it at any vendor, it depends on what level and quality of weapons/armor in their inventory. Again, if you have the ability to upgrade weapons, you can get a LOT of Elexit. So instead of resetting the trade, accept it, run to a crafting bench, beef up weapons, then go sell them, and then do the glitch and reset the trade.

Bleada check the other comments, someone else was just saying the other day how to do it so that it is easier on the pc. But it has been confirmed, it does work on PC. Unless it was patched put today.

Still works for me. Just hit that A button really fast and press up or down on the controller fast and you should get those items to move over to the shopping cart.

Works at any trader, weapons traders are best.
I think they meant because you got a ton of credits at this vendor. I want to know too, which vendor is it?
I think it was the one in Origin camp. I have sold upgraded stuff to pretty much every vendor to do this trick.

Brett Thomas oh ok awesome which trader did you do this with?
I've tried this in Origin, the weapons vendor in Golieth, the armory in Hort, and pretty much any vendor I could find. Works with them all. You can even sell weapons and armor to a vendor that doesn't have any and then do this.
Brett Thomas the only issue I'm having is it's only letting me do it up to 30,000 elexit then it won't do anymore. But once I run it down to like 9,000 and do it again it will bump me up to 29000.
Ralston Foster this trick only gives you the money for the items you are reverting back to the store. So a weapon/armor vendor with upgraded weapons will give you more elexit.
