i am so grateful for this channel and especially you Thomas, sleep disturbances (REM Sleep Disorders) are one the most difficult symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, which is not just an old people disease by the way. People as young as 20 can have it More and more are being diagnosed every year. It has been linked to environmental contaminants. I listen to you every night and it helps me get to sleep and get back to sleep throughout the night rather than taking sleep medications. I really talked you up at my support group, I hope the word spreads and Get Sleepy becomes the go to resource for Parkinson's sleep issues.
I went to a talk by a local neurologist specializing in treating Parkinson's. He strongly advised no one consume nutra sweet products. All the best to you!
I don't use any artificial sweeteners because they give me a stomach ache, though I used to drink a lot of Ice tea with Sweetnlow. Now I'll leave out the sweetener and choose an herbal tea like Rooibos that doesn't need it. Soy milk with maple syrup is my favorite bed time drink.

I remember before I used to listen to Thomas read I could NEVER fall asleep! It would take me about 3 hours to go to sleep. Tysm for reading! It has helped me sleep early and sleep better. Without get sleepy idk what I would do to sleep. ❤❤❤

This story is soooo adorable~ I’m a 40 year old grown woman but these bedtime stories bring out my inner child. I love falling asleep to Poppy and her magical animal friends ~ especially the little brown bear 🐻 who sounds so adorable ! And then tempting descriptions of vegetable stew 🍲 🥕 🥔

No more rain please. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. I understand that most people love it but it's been back to back lately 😢 I look forward to these stories and it's disappointing when I can't listen to one of your stories because of the rain.
