Its arguable, cause its controverted if lobsters or other crustacea can feel pain, there is no doubt that an octopus can. However, sometimes debrained octopuses make very similar reactions to a living one (verves can still react), I am always not sure, if these people are psychopathic assholes or are just fascinated how already dead octopuses react. But it seems here they are really still living, which I hope not. It's so sad to let these wonderful creatures die such a slow and painful death.
