is one of the best lesson that anyone can give. It’s applicable for a Child who studies in primary school to a person who is professionally qualified and settled in all manner.
Life will change suddenly and it’s a World now that we can’t predict even the next hour in front of us. If we keep our relationship close during our Good times, then they will be with us during our bad times.
If we give food for a Dog when he is hunger, he will pray and protect us for lifelong. And still remembering a phrase that I heard in past
“Friends are someone that God couldn’t give us as our Parents, Siblings or Family. And maybe these Friends will be much more than our Family during our bad times. Keep them close and believe them without thinking of cheating them Atleast for a fraction of second”

I have also read Who moved my Cheese. I don't read much books ( though I'm trying to inculcate that habit) but it is amongst a few books that I read. So glad that Swati mentioned it. Would like to try the other books you guys recommended.

How to overcome overthinking ?
Try writing a journal about how your day went and write down everything you thought about that day.
I used to overthink a lot. Then I start doing this and it really helps. It will take sometime but in this way you will get rid of overthinking
