Dryfruits chocolate sponge cake recipe

1 cup maida(less 3 tbsp)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar powder(if you want more sweet then you can add 2 tbsp more)
1 cup milk
3 tbsp refined oil or butter
1 tsp vinegar
