This video was just what I needed. Excellent tutorial. Thanks so much. I cant wait to try some transfer sheets on my chocolate covered Oreos. I'm excited! Thanks again.
you can also cut out circles of the transfer sheets and place on the inside of the mould. It is more time consuming however, and I prefer to see the raided discs on top of the cookies. Sometimes I decorate round the outside of them with little chocolate dots.
I have watched other chocolate covered oreos videos and prefer this method,I am about presentation and this is neat and presentable . The others were messy looking for my taste.
Wouldn't it have been easier And less work to just cut out the transfer in circles and place them in the bottom of each cavity, then add chocolate, Oreo, and more chocolate and then peel the transfer sheet paper off.
Good question. The reason though is that if you do that, the melted chocolate will seep under it and sometimes cover the transfer sheet, ruining your whole design.
fun video, could use some work though - i never did understand the fascination with chocolate covered oreos using this method. truthfully, I think the chocolate covered oreo by Oreo is the best, perfect chocolate to cookie ratio.
Hello maam thankz alot for this lovely video. But just one qurey you have mixed both dark and milk compound chocolate or just used milk one and these transfer sheets wich you have applied its edible?
Watching your tutorial was a bit painful!!!! If you need to temper your chocolate, however you do it... it is your choice but we don't want to hear your machine going the whole time competing with your talking...unless you just wanted to one up your viewers and show off what you have and most of us dont...for whatever reason, seemed rude to me.
I am adding chocolate Oreos to my candy shop menu. Never seen them done like this before. Out of all videos this one is my fav. I am impressed!

Or just cut the sheets into squares and place on top of mold AFTER it's been filled with chocolate and cookie

Couldn't understand most of this because the tempering machine is soooooo loud. Turn it off when you're filming.
Where do you get your transfer sheets?
