    Juicing aids in digestion and eliminates unnecessary snacking of not so healthy things (speaking for myself) especially when you are on your feet for the better part of your day (me). You should try juicing cucumbers and pineapples it will help with your water intake. What kind of juicer do you have because I’m looking to replace mine? Thanks for sharing and I really love your braiding skills.

      Gm thank you for sharing this with me. I will def do that I loveeee cucumbers. I showed a clip of the kind of juicer I have in the beginning I got it from Amazon well my daughter ordered it for me. It’s a really really good one and easy to clean too. I also put collagen in mine it’s like I wanna juice everyday. I’m def going to start doing vegetables in my juice I’m so excited✨💕
