I really think Knox knows Walker is the mole. The way he spoke about Teddy’s mom and why she did it, I felt he was speaking in code letting Walker know he knew why she did it.
Knox was already trying to make sense of earlier rebellions. He's read what previous residents in mechanical wrote on the walls. So, he's aware that all sorts of people will betray each other every which way, without ever being particularly bad people. He was also very patient with the cafeteria worker who poisoned the food.
Holy crap this one was so good. I cried at the family resolution and now Solo has a family and they have food and comfort for a while. But man I about crapped my pants when the algorithm spoke. are they going to go the whole AI running things route?
Yes, that moment was definitely a jump scare. Fortunately, Lucas can tell Shirley that his pants are just wet from the water and not because he pissed himself because I’m sure he did just that - pissed himself. Not to spoil anything but I’m 99.99% certain that it wasn’t an AI voice talking to Lucas but a real person. I won’t reveal who the person is but the proof that Lucas was talking to a human and not a machine is within the episode, so it’s not a spoiler. Of the three people before Lucas who had found the door, the voice said he had spoken to two - Quinn and Meadows. But, why would the voice not have spoken to George as well? A computer would be omnipresent. Only a real person could have conceivably been elsewhere or indisposed when George found the door.

I didn’t interpret the scenes with Knox the same way u did. When he was saying I can’t blame teddy’s mom for just trying to protect her son he was talking in code saying he understands Walker was doing what she had to for her wife. Knox knows and Walker knows Knox knows-- that’s at least how interpreted it. I could be wrong but it seemed clear at the time.
I didn’t think this was anything other than pretty obvious. Not to mention they needed that reveal to happen and it would be an idiotic choice to start everyone down those needless rabbit hole side story of a fake mole with 1 episode left

I can’t stand her, either. I know she’s just a mixed up kid with too much responsibility on her shoulders who’s still traumatized by the death of her parents but her attitude irks me. Rick and Eater - can they give that girl her real name, please - have managed to keep their humanity, despite the circumstances, and they’ve suffered the same kinds of losses.
Best episode of the season so far. I do think Knox known it was Walker, (possible knows about the camera) and is feeding her bad info, while simultaneously telling her he forgives her indirectly.
My biggest worry is that Shirli will go to Walker to fill her in about Lucas being in the down deep and what he has shared with her; thereby exposing Lucas and his discovery to Bernard! After Shirli accidentally exposes this massive revelation, she will meet up with Knox only to find out from him that Walker is the traitor (unfortunately after it’s too late ) uhhhhh!!! So many thoughts

I believe that Knox DOES KNOW who is feeding Bernard information. The way he talks to Walker is the indication. He says that Teddy's mother would do anything to help her son because she loves him. This is just like how Walker loves Carla. He just wants Walker to admit the truth.

In the military we were trained that if dedicated a chemical, biological or nuclear weapon in the air and our equipment was faulty or broken the by the book way to confirm the air was safe to remove your gear was to have the person with the least importance on the team to take his mask off. They are 51 Silos, the Master Silo, Silo 1 is the that controls all silos, thats who is speaking to Lucas, they are doing an experiment on all the Silos to see who can continue to the human race, only 1 Silo will survive, thats the Secret, the "safeguard" is that before that time happens if a Silo gets out of hand- the Master Silo will just kill everyone in that Silo with gas and fire, so that why Mr. Quinns message says "the Game is Rigged", either Silo 18 dies because they failed to Win the experiment or if they fail or out of line the Master Silo is gona kill them anyway....also the Master Silo has like super futuristic technology, the founders live there in cryostasis- all other Silos have basic tech... this show is really pointless- cuz the Founders cud just rebuild society and there is literally no need to live underground like at all

it seems to me more and more they will skip the second book. the show suppose to only have 4 seasons and silo 17 and 18 are not even talking yet. the rebellion is the slowest rebellion i ever witnessed, and we just now got into the vault(s) of 17 and 18. the end scene with lucas was not in the book at all. at this pace, what are they going to show in the last 20 episodes. do a recap episode for book 2 and rush true book 3? i like the show but im a bit worried what they are going to do with book 2 and 3.

I read them too but I like the switch up. It keeps us guessing even though we know how it all ends. But I do believe we will get a fast forward, watered down version the events of "Shift". Most likely 5-7 episodes then we'll jump into Dust. Probably won't see Solo's past but we will likely get the flashbacks of how the Silos came to be, the why, the what, the whom, where and when. I'm excited! 🎉 I hope Apple does an adaptation of Howey's "Sand" and "Across the Sands"

I don't think we're going to see the flashbacks to the rebellion of Silo 18 to meet the ancestors of a season 1 character or Solo's past. But Howey has been happy with everything so far. The writers and show-runners have him involved. He did express his disappointment in a few moments/events and character developments tho.

I’ve been extremely critical of the show, it’s pacing, game of thrones esque dark shots that make you think you’re going blind, but this was the best episode of the season…. To me at least. It took way too long but as the saying goes “better late than never “
When Lucas find the door at the end,and the voice speaks to him,and says something about not getting the opportunity to speak to one of the 3 others that made it to the door . It makes me think the voice guy is just doing a job, and was off that day when one of the 3 made it to the door . The voice seems, almost sympathetic, or impressed that Lucas made it that far, until the “safeguard” part of course . 🤪

Rick’s mom and Audrey’s dad ended up together as a couple but they had Rick and Audrey with other people long before that happened. In other words, Rick’s dad and Audrey’s mom died during the rebellion or shortly after and then their two single parents became a couple.

Eater Tells Jules her mom didn’t know much either. Her mom was a kid during the going outside rebellion.
