People in the US always ask how so many German citizens could just look the other way while all of these atrocities were happening. I have news for them, although it happens on a much smaller scale, things like this happen *every day* in the US and WE are the ones that look the other way. Do you think that everyone in gang ridden neighborhoods agrees with the horrifying things that gangs do? They don't. However, if you say anything, they're coming for you next. It happens every single day, without exception. You'd be surprised at what you can ignore when someone that you *know* will follow up on it threatens your family and children. It's easy to risk your life but how easy do you think it is to risk someone else's life when, in the end, you know that it won't make the slightest difference? We need to be cautious. It could happen here. Perhaps more easily than it could happen elsewhere.

I'm 3rd generation Ukraine. We couldn't find any survivors named "Gurnickie" if you know anyone by that last name we are related. I would love nothing more but to find out there is family that survived. How brave 💖💝💜 I was taught the same values that made me an incredibly strong and caring person. Their suffering won't be in vain

I just don't understand why so many Catholics are being persecuted and no one, not even the media, recognizes what they are doing. I don't have a TV so maybe I missed news people talking out about our losses? Baltimore has 70k vacant houses? I am not allowed to earn, be gifted, inherit money. They won't let me sell my things; I have little transportation. I feel entrapped, needing surgery and medical treatment, but one doc I went to, they shot his son, a teenager, I heard fred ordered this via Instant Checkmate and used a gang member to do this with. Now, I suspect MR. Trump and his pets are trying to harm not only Catholics but others I want to have relationships with, do my greeting card business with. They're the closest I have seen like the NAZIs; I think they are pro slavery & will try to ruin if they don't get their unjust, evil way.
I had a chance to visit Maidanek concentration camplocated in outskirts of Lublin, Poland. It still has an odor of suffering, old shoes and hair, clothing, dolls etc., are still piled there as museum items. Terrible place.//moreover, there are pictures in Google of Maidanek of those times. (piles of human sculls) they were producing the dust of bodies to fertilize the cabbage fields nearby.
Beautiful woman. I know Majdanek, but there was also hundreds thausends of Polish civilians working like slaves and most of them was dying. But nobody tell of this. Why is absolute silence about this, even in a lot of oters German camps?
I would have liked to have heard more about her mother especially after they settled in the US and her father. They should provide more time for the testimony.

I was talking to a 32 year old today. I’ve been watching documentaries about the holocaust and asked if they’ve ever heard of the holocaust. They said no. I’m sad to hear that. This should be taught in every school. The holocaust was horrible.
Dear Estelle Laughlin, thank you so much for sharing with me an infamous fragment of the Hitler's Nazi horrendous regimen via your story. It must have been a painful odyssey to recollect such memories and to recount them; they only echo the evilness of Hitler and his followers. The crimes and cruelties committed against my sons and daughters, my fathers and mothers, my brothers and sisters hurt me deeply, regardless their ethnicity and nationality. In Isaiah 2: 4, Jehovah God, the Creator and Source of life, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, promises: "He will be judge among the nations and will settle matters in relation to many peoples. They will turn their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. The nations will no longer raise their swords against each other and learn no more to wage war." My immediate neighbors are Jews and I am a Jehovah's Witness. Their hearts are superior than pure gold by far. They are extremely kind. The gentleman takes care of my trash can every Wednesday without my asking him to do so. They are lovely human beings, and they are not in need of the smallest improvement.
The Nazi guard who took away her picture also took away his own capacity for compassion and love (not that he had much to begin with). Many are called, but he wouldn't have got that far. What a horrible weasel.
