I love making these. Though from personal experience my work is stronger for others than for myself. 🤷♀️I made one of these for my mother and she has been seeing some great results by it. I see mini-good results with them, but not to the strength and height as I had seen or been told by others.

I’ve used rose thorns in the past instead of pins (I can’t get my hands on the quills) and they worked well too. So if someone has a rose bush, it’s an easy and free alternative:) I’ve never used yarrow for this type of work but I’m going to give it a try. Thanks for another great video!
