    Ingredients you’ll need:
    SALTED CARAMEL:
    - 8g Butterscotch Pudding Mix
    - 60g SF Maple Syrup
    - 80g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
    - 5g Vanilla Extract
    - 5g Caramel Extract
    - 2g Salt (Big Pinch)
    - 330g Almond Milk
    - 1g Xanthan/Guar Gum
*The entire pint of Salted Caramel Ice Cream is 80 calories.
    CHOCOLATE:
    - 8g Chocolate Pudding Mix
    - 15g Dark Cocoa Powder
    - 30g SF Maple Syrup
    - 45g SF Chocolate Syrup
    - 80g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
    - 5g Vanilla Extract
    - Pinch of Salt
    - 330g Almond Milk
    - 1g Xanthan/Guar Gum
*The entire pint of Chocolate Ice Cream is 120 calories.
    APPLIE PIE:
    - 300g Apple Pie Filling
    - 60g SF Maple Syrup
    - 80g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
    - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    - 5g Vanilla Extract
    - Pinch of Salt
    - 100g Almond Milk
    - 1g Xanthan/Guar Gum
*The entire pint of Apple Pie Ice Cream is 132 calories.
** Mix the ice cream ingredients together, pour into the jar, and freeze for 24 hours.
** To help the Xanthan/Guar Gum stir into liquid, whisk it into a small amount of almond milk (~100g). A coffee frother works great for this. Then add the rest of the almond milk and stir with a spoon to incorporate it all.

Those all look so good, I can't wait to try them, I love my Creami! My favorite "recipe" I've made so far is my mango lassi ice cream. I just blend mangoes (fresh, frozen or canned, I've tried them all), greek yogurt, agave, coconut cream, fresh ginger and vanilla in the blender and then pour it in the pints. It is crazy creamy and sooo good.

I just picked this thing up at BJs yesterday. This machine is the best ever. All I did was buy the Fair Life chocolate milk low fat 140 cal and 13g protein per serv/cup. This thing holds 2 cups, bam protein ice cream 26g protein and 280 calories. It is literally that easy. I have never been so amazed since finding protein ice cream but this is just amazing. It is the same consistency and all of ice cream. Well worth the purchase of this machine!!!

My favorite is using Salted Caramel from MyProtein. Extra calories but some Heath chips as a mix in is awesome. Easy to make this chocolate with changing the protein and adding some cocoa.

I have already returned 2 conventional ice cream makers since the ice cream ended up more like thick shake - far too soft. I have ordered the Ninja, because of the reverse technology - clever! Let's see if it fulfills my expectations or it will be returned as well.
Well, I made ice cream in the machine and - it is fantastic - way beyond my expectations. Great for a single person since you can fill the tub only a little and you can be really creative in your recipes! Love it! Hope it lasts for a while without breaking down.

    Hi Rahul
How much better do you think this is than protein ice cream you can make with the blender? I’m considering buying the creami but it’s quite expensive for me, and the idea of a single purpose appliance is against the grain for me. I also like with blender version you can make it instantly and don’t need to prep a day ahead.
Having said all that - the ice cream you’ve been making looks delicious and I’m so tempted!

If it's too dry after the first respin try adding a little bit of liquid. 1 tsp to 1 tbsp is usually enough. It will make it extra creamy. I make all low carb ice cream and use the Lite Ice Cream button usually.
Someone told me recently to take those store bought light ice creams and spin them in the Ninja Creami. Just remove from the container drop the whole thing into the Creami container and their texture will be awesome.

Is "lite ice cream" low in sugar, low in cream, low in calories, low carbohydrate, or low in something else?
I ask because your recipes are the first recipes I have seen that have no cream and no sugar.

My base also includes a one-cup mix of almond milk and whole milk, as well as six tablespoons of Splenda, one tablespoon of pudding mix, and a pinch of salt.
