Rabbit Response reminds me of On the Job from MKM. It was very solid in go-wide decks (like GW is here). Also, if the scry 2 on Rabbit Response is useful as often as the clue token was from On the Job, it is real upside.
27:37 Wax-Wane Witness gets this trigger "whenever," during your turn, so its threat potential is pretty high. Vigilance too, at common. That's power creep for you.
It’s the type of card that’s obviously designed for commander and therefore gets an F in limited, you’ll win more games with a 2-drop creature in your hand and the data that will be available on 17-lands website will reflect that
C+ for Jolly Gerbils feels low to me. There is a lot of gifting going on in white and this doesn't have a 'once per turn' clause or anything. On top of that, 2/3 for 2 is above rate. We'll see how it pans out, but this card feels quite strong to me.
It could definitely be better! I coul dsee it going as high as a B for sure. That said, giving your opponent more than one gift in a turn seems fairly uncommon.
Ok ok, by your own definition, a bomb is something that, when played, will immediately affect the game in a huge way, causing it to put you ahead in a big way. You said a 4 mana 3/3 with flash…. IS A BOMB?? Sure it’s a good card, but BOMB level?
@@starmanda88 It generates 2-for-1s at best and permanently gives a creature flying at worst while adding a pretty nice body to the board -- those are things I said in the video.
I've loved MH3 too much. This set seems too plain and unexciting. A lot of folks who skipped MH3 are going to love Bloomburrow, so having a different environment is for the good anyway.
Apologies for the cough that went unedited. 😅
I was expecting an explosion in my headphones 😂 I wouldn’t have even noticed.
Liked it
cracked me up
11:00 best moment in a Nizzahon video in a long time
The cough scared me
I'm waiting in fear
I was scared.
Same lmao
He didn’t even acknowledge it. Zero effs given.
Me too almost shit my pants 10/10
the design space where not being one of the 10 supported creature types can be used as a downside is pretty interesting actually
I’m really enjoying that also
I just love all the art in this set.
it's so cozy. kinda reminds me of Frog and Toad.
"It's a bomb. I'm giving it an 'A'!" - new catchphrase.
11:01 I guess he's allergic to feathers XD
When he said Hop to it I understood Hawk Tuah
This whole set is ridiculously cute.
I laughed at the cough. I'm not sure why.
hello Nizza, just a heads up, there is a heavy cough at 11:00 just before starting to talk about feather of flight
He got tickled by that feather
Easter egg for the hardcore listeners

Omg a cough! I am traumatized! I laughed when I heard it because people are acting like it was super loud and scary 😂😂
Wide mice seems nice. Rabbits too, toodaloo.
Driftgloom Coyote’s art is so good.
Just returning to MtG, great review series.

How easily can you control when you gain/lose life during your turn?
@@JasonOshinko the set supports gain/lose life in a white/black deck, with lots of ways to trigger & payoffs for gain/lose life.
White looks damn strong
I haven't played much limited, so I don't have much basis to ask this, but isn't a counter to removal at least a D? (talking about dawn's truce)

@@Terracronz I know that the review is for limited, I just think it wasn't as bad as other Fs
I think the cough should have been in the black set lol
what card will replace epicure in boros convoke standard deck?
KIOFF KOFFFF
11:01 you dying man?
Hey Nizzahon, I just wanted to make a small complain, your videos begin around 1:25 mark and everything before can, and should, be skipped.
11:03 Nizzahon got covid and can't make it to the pre-release.
11:01 💀
Beza would be an annoying commander to play against
I kind of want to build Beza because beza happens to be a type of snack one could buy in Polish sweet shops.

I think it'll depend on how strong giving gifts ends up being.
It could definitely be better! I coul dsee it going as high as a B for sure.

i feel like the commons are real weak. compared to mh3 at least
MH3 is inherently more powerful for design reasons, so that's not too surprising.
@@NizzahonMagic true that, but as a mostly pauper player this set gave me not a damn thing
Blessed to be first ❤
First!!! O_O

Yes
It saves a creature from removal or bad combat on ETB, and then it rebuys next ETBs and gives creatures flying. Yeah, it's a bomb.
If it was just a 4-mana 3/3 Flash with Flying it wouldn't be a bomb. But there's a brick of text on the card that makes it one.
You kinda left out what makes it a bomb lol

mh3 is a premium set, each of the boosters cost double a normal set like this so you'd expect it to be high powered.
BlooooomBurrrrrow!
